   I am a regular customer that buys cat litter and recently buying some new fish was told can't serve me more fish I was surprised I ask is it in the policy she said no . Won't be going in to get fish from them anymore.

   Went into wishaw store tonight with my big pup and every mos was so friendly welcoming and helpful. Nothing was a bother to them. Helping us try on harness and collars. Advice by jill/Gill was so professional, they paid so much attention to my dog too , so lovely. I left store with everything I need and 1 very happy dog. Thank you

   Just but everything we need for our new Puppy and the assistant (young guy) was really helpful at the till. Told us all about their loyalty app and wee managed to save some money. Another assistant (young girl, has Alsatian’s at home) helped us choose what we needed. Great service all round, we’ll definitely be back.

   I love this store. Theres a good selection of food and toys aswell as grooming supplies and healthcare. The only downside to it is th size. I wish it was a bit bigger with even more choices. My pets are my children and I love spoiling them with treats and goodies. They have good deals on most weeks and we are always made to feel welcome by the staff.
