“We’ve been visiting the shop for roughly about two years now, and each visit has always been amazing. Jordan’s incredibly knowledgeable about all of the animals he stocks, and is always on hand to offer that knowledge as well as advice. We popped in today as I was going to get another jumping spider anyway, but my mum also wanted to get a mantis. Jordan was brilliant when it came to advice for what species she should get as her first mantis, and we left with a lovely little spiny flower. Thank you!! ps. Snoopy loved the treats you kindly sent us away with, he had one when we got back and he was a very happy boy!”

“Absolutely love Chris. My little girl Skye loves him so much and it’s very clear he loves her too and it’s not just a job to him. She’s so excited when he comes to pick her up and I’ve seen her in person out on a walk with him and her friends and she’s a completely different dog. She’s confident and in her own little world. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with her. The daily emails after a walk with pictures of the walk make me smile. I love seeing her having the time of life. She’s a tiny dog and can be nervous at times with other dogs, but size doesn’t bother her when out with Chris. He’s done amazing to boost her confidence and I really couldn’t ask for anything better. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone”

“Merle has cared for both my Frenchie and my little ratties if I’ve been away. She is very caring and kind and my doggy adores her. I cant even say her name without her diving all over the place! Merle also sends lovely photos to you throughout the day which is a lovely touch. Couldn’t think of anyone better to be a dog walker. Rain or shine she is always there. Thanks x”

“Emily has been doing drop ins and walks with our Labrador for over a year, since he was an 8 week puppy, and we have no idea what we’d do without her! He is always so happy to see her when she comes through the door and we feel 100% confident that he’s cared for and safe whenever he’s with her. We love the detailed reports and photos we get after each visit or walk too! He wouldn’t be the dog he is today without Emily so we couldn’t recommend highly enough!”

“After a lot of searches looking for someone to look after our Bulldog for a few days we came across this lady My wife phoned her arranged to meet up and the rest is history Charlotte looked after Wilbur in her own home along with the other dogs she looks after, she kept my wife updated every day with photos and short videos, and the main thing is Wilbur was happy, highly recommended”

“This a very good pet shop there stock is good and they deliver, if you can't get into them, even in the snow they will try to.gtt to you, which I thought was extremely good the customer is thought of and so are the animal's. Their pet care is also good the dogs look loverly after the have been done and they take such good care of the dogs.”

Richard also looked after our cats when we went on holiday which gave us a great peace of mind as our cats aren’t very sociable but they were able to stay in the comfort of their own home. 10/10 from us!”

“We booked an apartment with Serenity apartments Sept 3rd and 4th. When initially booking, staff were very helpful over the phone and after booking, they contacted rapidly with details of booking. The apartment was lovely, had a jacuzzi, shower, tv with apps and a kitchen with all the ammenities needed. Very clean place and the staff were attentive with any help or enquiries. We were recommended some nice food places too. No disruptions, quiet and very cosy. We would definitely stay here again! A well--spent weekend.”

“we came today to buy a few goldfish for our pond and came home with the most beautiful fish. they had a huge selection from comets to higher grade fancy goldfish. the prices were also a lot lower that everywhere else starting from only £2.40. the owners were very nice, the lady let us pick any fish and they both were very helpful. they even had birds like cockatiels, canaries ext and beautiful koi. had the best experience here, now probably our favourite aquatic shop.”

“Absolutely delighted to have had this place recommended to me by my dog trainer. We have an incredibly anxious cockapoo and I never really believed we'd be able to leave her happily. She had a day visit to Croftmount followed by just a one night stay to see how she got on before we booked her in for longer. She ate well, looked relaxed in the photographs of her outside and even enjoyed cuddles. When we went to pick her up she went over to the lady who'd been looking after her to give her a nose bump first before she enthusiastically greeted us. “Bradford Digs is not your average accommodation!. The decor is extraordinary – lots of African fabric and sculpture and red appliances. The back to back house is comfortable, clean, warm and well equipped. Irene, the host, is very friendly and helpful. The price is definitely right. The area is rough and ready and very Bradford. Irene has put together an excellent information pack. It’s easy to get around on foot, bus, train and cab. A great experience.”

“Was referred here by my vets as my Labrador Arnie has 2 different cancers in 3 places. The care from ALL the staff has been brilliant. I cannot thank them enough for the attention they give Arnie. Pulling up to the vets Arnie gets over excited in the car and drags me through the door and knows exactly where he’s going. The staff seem equally as excited to see him. We have to visit quite often as he had 5 rounds of chemo, with blood tests a week later and a couple of CT scans thrown into the mix too. We have been there almost every Monday for the last 4 month and every time is exactly the same level of excitement for both Arnie and the staff. For all the medical treatment that Arnie goes through, the fact that he still gets excited to be at the vets is only testament to the personal treatment of Arnie. Especially Giulia! The way she treats Arnie and the way he acts around her is amazing. When ever I am faced with options on treatment I have absolutely no hesitation in taking Giulia’s recommendation. She treats Arnie as her own so I am entirely confident in her recommendations. I’d honestly prefer not to hear the options available but only her opinion as that is what I would go with 100% of the time. I honestly hope nobody reading this has ever a need to go see them. But if unfortunately you need their services then stop reading and call them up. Theirs no where else I would ever go to so long as Giulia and the team are still there.”
