“We’ve been visiting the shop for roughly about two years now, and each visit has always been amazing. Jordan’s incredibly knowledgeable about all of the animals he stocks, and is always on hand to offer that knowledge as well as advice. We popped in today as I was going to get another jumping spider anyway, but my mum also wanted to get a mantis. Jordan was brilliant when it came to advice for what species she should get as her first mantis, and we left with a lovely little spiny flower. Thank you!! ps. Snoopy loved the treats you kindly sent us away with, he had one when we got back and he was a very happy boy!”

“We booked an apartment with Serenity apartments Sept 3rd and 4th. When initially booking, staff were very helpful over the phone and after booking, they contacted rapidly with details of booking. The apartment was lovely, had a jacuzzi, shower, tv with apps and a kitchen with all the ammenities needed. Very clean place and the staff were attentive with any help or enquiries. We were recommended some nice food places too. No disruptions, quiet and very cosy. We would definitely stay here again! A well--spent weekend.”

“we came today to buy a few goldfish for our pond and came home with the most beautiful fish. they had a huge selection from comets to higher grade fancy goldfish. the prices were also a lot lower that everywhere else starting from only £2.40. the owners were very nice, the lady let us pick any fish and they both were very helpful. they even had birds like cockatiels, canaries ext and beautiful koi. had the best experience here, now probably our favourite aquatic shop.”

“Absolutely delighted to have had this place recommended to me by my dog trainer. We have an incredibly anxious cockapoo and I never really believed we'd be able to leave her happily. She had a day visit to Croftmount followed by just a one night stay to see how she got on before we booked her in for longer. She ate well, looked relaxed in the photographs of her outside and even enjoyed cuddles. When we went to pick her up she went over to the lady who'd been looking after her to give her a nose bump first before she enthusiastically greeted us. I feel 100% confident leaving my dog at Croftmount and recommending it to others.”

“I have a pet cockatiel and she suddenly became really poorly after 2 weeks of getting her. There are no avian vets local to me and I wasn't able to travel far, so a friend recommended this place to me. I went on Monday and discussed to the man all the symptoms the bird was showing. He listened to everything and gave me advice and also gave me some antibiotic for the cockatiel. She is now much healthier again and flying around like normal. They have great customer service and are such lovely people.”

He’s a very timid boy and I don’t usually feel comfortable leaving him anywhere, but the team here are so gentle and caring with him. Every visit, they take their time and make sure he feels at ease, and he always comes back looking and smelling amazing. It’s such a relief to have found groomers I can really trust. Thank you to everyone at Grooming Dales for always doing such a wonderful job and for looking after Zeus so well”

“I've read the reviews about this Veterinary practice and I personally have nothing but praise for our Cleckheaton branch. Our little dog Odie was diagnosed with diabetes 19 months ago and with the vets and all staff (especially Stacey) Odie was happy and comfortable until the end. I can't praise the vet at Morley (Hazal) enough, she was so good with Odie at the end, she had tears in her eyes and the 2 nurses who put Odie's canula in where so kind, they spoke gently to Odie all the time. They couldn't do enough and where so caring and sympathetic and nothing was rushed, we where allowed as much time as we needed. When we went to collect Odie's ashes, the presentation was so thoughtful and again Stacey was kind and gentle, allowing us the time we needed to enable us to take him home. A big thank you from our hearts to all the staff involved in Odie's care from him being a puppy until his peaceful sleep.”

“The team there are fantastic,they work very hard and do everything possible for your pet.they don't ask much for ther service,and all they ask for is a small donation,which my family do every time.but you get those who go there and don't even offer a dime,and then go out and get in their £50 grand Mercedes,that's just wrong,especially when..e.g they've saved their pets life...?”

“The lady in the groom room today (fri13thjan2023) was very helpful and patient with my super nervous dog. Thank you for all your help. My dog really struggles having his claws trimmed and you were really helpful and caring towards him. He gets very stressed easily and you kept him at mostly at ease. He got a new toy and has forgotten all about it now. Hopefully next time will be easier for us all but I am confident he is in safe hands. Here again today (13th May 2024) groom room were great as always and special shout out to Jordan at the tills for helping with a problem over the phone to the flea service. Great customer service. Thanks again!”

“I am quite impressed by this place, large and well laid out store. They cater for all types of pets small and large. Good selection of treats and food, plus toys equipment like leads, collers etc. The quality of stuff is very good, and the prices are very reasonable. Staff and owners are a friendly and helpful bunch, nothing is to much trouble. There is good free parking outside, and good access for disabled, with plenty of room inside to move around.”

“Amazing boarding kennels. If I could give them 10/10 I would. Always look after our large breed dog and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. We had a bad experience before and Toot Hill changed our view immediately even from the first look around. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. The service is very competitively priced and reasonable. Emma is brilliant in responding to boarding requests via WhatsApp and they are very accommodating. My dog is always happy to see us when we pick him up, but also happy to see the team at TootHill on arrival which makes the process of leaving him a little less stressful! Thank you to the team”

“After a lot of searches looking for someone to look after our Bulldog for a few days we came across this lady My wife phoned her arranged to meet up and the rest is history Charlotte looked after Wilbur in her own home along with the other dogs she looks after, she kept my wife updated every day with photos and short videos, and the main thing is Wilbur was happy, highly recommended”

“Emily has been doing drop ins and walks with our Labrador for over a year, since he was an 8 week puppy, and we have no idea what we’d do without her! He is always so happy to see her when she comes through the door and we feel 100% confident that he’s cared for and safe whenever he’s with her. We love the detailed reports and photos we get after each visit or walk too! He wouldn’t be the dog he is today without Emily so we couldn’t recommend highly enough!”

“Merle has cared for both my Frenchie and my little ratties if I’ve been away. She is very caring and kind and my doggy adores her. I cant even say her name without her diving all over the place! “Absolutely love Chris. My little girl Skye loves him so much and it’s very clear he loves her too and it’s not just a job to him. She’s so excited when he comes to pick her up and I’ve seen her in person out on a walk with him and her friends and she’s a completely different dog. She’s confident and in her own little world. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with her. The daily emails after a walk with pictures of the walk make me smile. I love seeing her having the time of life. She’s a tiny dog and can be nervous at times with other dogs, but size doesn’t bother her when out with Chris. He’s done amazing to boost her confidence and I really couldn’t ask for anything better. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone”
