I've only recently moved to Bradford and gotten my cats... I've never had pets entirely of my own before, so visiting a vets was a source of anxiety for me. But the folks here have been so understanding and friendly. They've taken excellent care of both my cats through their neuter operations, and been informative and friendly throughout every visit. They're also kind enough to let me hang around in the waiting area when I have to wait for a cab home as I don't drive haha... Thank you :D

Easy to book appointments. Someone is always available on the phone. Parking is easy. Enough spaces and also space on the road. Not long waiting times and the vets are very good with the pets. Gentle and kind. I also found this vets to be cheaper than any other local vet which is why I chose them.

I came in today for my kitten’s vaccination with my 1-year-old daughter. While waiting for our appointment, my daughter was walking around reception, as toddlers do. She’s just started walking, so it’s not like she’s running around or causing trouble. There were two receptionists- one with pink hair and another with dark blonde hair. The blonde-haired receptionist shouted "EXCUSE ME" and rudely told me to “sit her down” because there are animals in the back. The way she spoke was completely unnecessary, she could’ve said it kindly. I was still polite and I respected what the receptionist said despite being so rude. I had to force my daughter to sit, which made her cry (she’s only 1 ). Then the other receptionist started shushing her. You work at the vets, dogs bark constantly — so I’m not sure why a crying toddler was treated like such a disturbance. I will be writing a formal complaint as her approach was completely wrong. I’ve now seen other reviews mentioning rude receptionists, and I can only assume it’s the same one. If you dislike your job, that’s one thing, but please treat customers, and their children, with a little empathy and respect.

Receptionist rude, not going to bother booking appointment if they talk to you like that over the phone. Rang in for enquiries on stray kitten. Asked about services and how much they cost. When asked if they provide grooming services her reply was they are a vets not a groomers. She could have easily replied no or even recommended somewhere. I’ll take my services elsewhere

Very caring staff, got us in early for our stray cat's health check before he's neutered, would definitely recommend.
