We have recently moved house and unfortunately Walkies don't cover our new area so we are going to have to find someone else. They are a hard act to follow and would recommend them 100%.”

“After researching cold pressed dog food I came across Cobbydog. It is packed with protein and vitamins. I ordered direct from Cobbydog and the food was delivered the next day. “I take my Cat Princess here a couple of times every year all the cats get looked after like they are there own pets always spotlessly clean and Maxine is excellent with the cats customer service has always been excellent never had any issues at all Makes leaving my cat as easy as can be when we go on holiday and having the confidence she's being looked after properly means we can enjoy our holiday I've been around nearly all the catteries around here and I can guarantee you this is definitely the best one I Would definitely recommend”

“After being let down at the last moment Adrian & Caroline kindly took us and our little dogs in. What an amazing hosts! The room was great with lots blankets and towels for the dogs and a little garden. The breakfast was great. Would highly recommend.”

“With a degree of nervousness, I took my very heavily coated bearded collie to Joanne at Look North, after a recommendation from another highly regarded groomer. I asked if she was able to make his coat more manageable for me to groom, but still keep the long coated shaggy look. Joanne listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve and she did an amazing job, thinning out his coat in all the difficult areas. I am absolutely over the moon with the result and will definitely be going back. Very professional and experienced groomer. PS He smelt gorgeous too!”

“We attended Teen Terrors with our puppy chihuahua and also had a one to one session for our older terrier cross who has struggled with anxiety/reactivity over the years. Both me and my husband felt so much more confident after working with Jo. She really understands and cares for dogs. We learnt about lead handling and how to use body language to stay connected with your dog. We learnt about the importance of play and giving your dog choices. And we focussed on setting our dogs up for success - choosing the right environment for a walk, eliminating stress etc. We're all now feeling positive and ready to go!”

“We found this pub by chance when staying in the area during the August bank holiday weekend, they managed to squeeze us in last minute and so glad they did, we all ate something different and each meal was delicious Not only was the food lush the service was great too, all the staff were super friendly and helpful, quite clearly genuinely enjoy working there, we enjoyed it so much we went again the following evening, again all had something different and again the food was great . Really tastes great and home cooked and cooked well. I believe my dad will be talking about the steak and ale pie for EVER and my mum the chips Unfortunately I only took one photo, this is the beef lasagne, my meal from our first visit 100% recommended, my only regret is we didn’t go back for the Sunday roast, we went somewhere else in the area that had been recommended ! That’s a separate and less complimentary review”
