Really good service from reception to surgery. Manages costing really well and offers a monthly payment plan for basic annual care. I cannot recommend you enough. We had to visit you very regularly when our boy was poorly and you could not do enough for us. The receptionist ladies are amazing and always make a fuss of our 2 dogs which makes all of the difference attending the practice. Thanks!
Vet Abby and the rest of the staff were wonderful with Tally Da Pooch 16) who came in for her booster vaccination and annual check up today.The whole consultation took place in the back of our car which reduced Tally’s stress levels significantly.Such care and kindness is priceless.
Consistently excellent service from all the staff involved, ie, front of house staff, nurses and vets. They all have an excellent ethos of care and standards. Reception staff are always polite, friendly and helpful. Booking appointments quick, easy and they respond to issues raised speedily. Staff involved with insurance claims via Vetsure are the quickest we have experienced. All of the vets are friendly, professional and put the owners at ease. Everything is explained throughly regarding treatment plan and costs. Throughly recommended.
Alfie went to Aireworth Vets for his 3 month checkup for his heart condition. Thankfully all ok. He was weighed and had his booster injections without any problems. Vet was very good with Alfie and talked me through everything. Would definitely recommend this surgery to people.
