   This is a fantastic vets! All the staff here are truly wonderful and make me and my pet feel valued. Being able to buys treats and toys on the way out always takes the sting out of the vet visit for my pet too!

   Took in an injured magpie and they said it was fine just needed to regrow feathers and let me take it home....it was fine all night but today it's on its side so I called around bird rescue and they said it's been got buy a cat and should have been given antibiotics....I don't think it's going to survive the journey to the vets and the bird rescue place agreed I should make sure it's comfortable and let it die in peace..... this beautiful animal could have been saved with a simple injection yesterday absolutely shameful I'm absolutely heartbroken

   Can’t praise this team enough, such a friendly and professional practice. Wouldn’t want to take my dog anywhere else. She is treat like a VIP at all visits. She’s had 2 surgeries with them now and still bounds up the stairs when we have appointments! She’s certainly not put off! Highly recommend ⭐️

   Amazing knowledgable friendly team. It’s difficult to find rabbit savvy vets but they’ve done a great job looking after my little bunny Bean. Great aftercare/call up to advise on progress/results of investigations. Taking a pragmatic approach to diagnostics/treatment. Very good opening times for those of us who work full time- evening and weekend appointments very appreciated. Highly recommended.

   The receptionist was very friendly on the phone, I managed to get an appointment within an hour of my phone call. The vet was really nice, interacted great with my boy, explained in detail of the issue and brought a nurse in to help with my boy while she examined him to make it easier on us all. The nurse was really good and despite it being a year since he was last there she knew him straight away. The reason I was highly satisfied with the price is the vet explained the medication she could give him but it might not work so she didn't push me to get it like my previous vet would have done. I don't often go to the vet with my boy but he rushes in to the room and gets very excited to see the vet which makes the visit a lot less stressful. I recommend vets4pets to everyone

   The girl on checkout was so lovely and told me about the app for savings for my new puppy, I'm actually coming back tonight to use the vets in store and I'm sure I'll buy some more cute puppy goods! It's not often you find good customer services now a days but I'm actually looking forward to my return trip

   Can't rate these vets enough they really do put your pets first. I won't use anyone else the reception staff are so professional the vet nurses are very knowledgeable and go that extra mile and really care for your pets. The vets I can't say anything bad about any of them. All have a lot of knowledge and expertise.
