Very helpful staff . Knowable about pets and got good advice.Also used Pets at vets upstairs and they were very compassionate when I had to have my cat put to sleep there .
It's a pet shop. Staff seem pleasant enough and there's a fair selection of pet equipment. They have a few pets for sale - rabbits and such, so kid likes to see these. Only came in for a bird feeder and found what I needed so all good!
Took my little Poppy to the rainbow bridge. The vet was amazing and helped me through a very difficult time. Very reassuring and knew that I had made the right decision for her and made me feel so much better. The end was instantaneous. Thank you to the lovely vet xx
Entered pets at home in keighley today the 28th of March 2023 and all seemed ,well. The shop itself was well laid out and exceptionally clean and all at first appeared professional and calm . Then shortly after being in the store I watched a disgracefull scene where one of the staff whom I'd previously spoken with ,encountered an Asian man who was with his friend, this member of staff then started racially abusing him on the shop floor to my surprise , appalled by the horrible and damn right unnecessary things she was saying I immediately left , never again will I enter that shop again . Avoid at all costs while this staff member who is short has black hair tattoos and glasses remains
The staff at the Keighley Pets at Home are amazing. Always friendly and genuinely love animals. Both my Jack Russell Doggo and British Shorthair Kitten are registered here with the vets too as it is a one stop shot full service type of place for your pets.
Really friendly, helpful staff and a lot more range regarding food and toys than other stores. Lovely to see a wide range of animals in store who all looked well taken care of. Also had a grooming section upstairs.
Have used them on numerous occasions for my cat. Vet is located on 1st floor, they have done a wonderful job over the last two years with my pet issues. Would recommend them.
Lovely friendly staff. Decent range of food, toys, treats and accessories for dogs, not quite so good for cats. I went in for puppy training pads today, and they were quite expensive so went elsewhere. The Mason Cash dog bowls were reasonably priced so I got them.
Staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. Bought tropical fish and they were able to offer advice as to which fish would live best together etc. Good range of accessories for other animals.
