“Fabulous place, says Cricket, our dog, as we park the car & open the boot to let her out. Wagging her tail vigorously as she dashes towards the door, we do realise that whoever is behind the counter doesn’t stand a chance. Cricket knows where the treats are kept and goes straight there. Donna & Diane are both great with her as they are with all the dogs that visit. What a pet shop !!! You will find it has everything you could possibly need or want. Also the best place to go if you need any advice on your pet—very knowledgeable ladies ! We certainly would never go anywhere else except maybe the sister shops—Pets at the Port and Pets at the Causeway.”

“When I phone dup I was out straight through and able to get an appointment within an hour. The reception staff are very friendly and explained the procedures re. social distancing before I entered the store. The vet is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and informative and was able to answer all my queries and had a genuine compassion for my pet. When I went back for a check up she was delighted with his progress as was I. I would be confident in returning knowing that he would be in the right hands.”

“We can’t thank everyone at cats protection enough for helping us find our perfect cat. The staff were so knowledgeable about every single cat in their care. We weren’t rushed and had lots of time to meet different cats. Our chosen cat had some health issues when we came to rehome him but the staff ensured he was perfectly healthy before they sent him home to me. We were given regular updates on his condition and how he was. I will forever be grateful for their support and kindness.”

From the moment we started, it was clear that this was someone with an incredible understanding of dogs and a true passion for their work. Michelle has an incredible ability to connect with dogs of all breeds and temperaments as we've seen through the weeks. Our puppy, Pippin, was struggling with certain commands and we were at a loss, as this was how we'd trained previous dogs. Within just a few sessions we saw significant improvement because she made it so fun for him! Michelle's approach is rooted in positive reinforcement, patience, and consistency, which really make's a huge difference. Pippin adores his twice weekly sessions, and so will your dog! Michelle is also fantastic for grooming pups too, Pippin came out looking so handsome and he smelled fantastic ☺️”

“I recently had a complimentary stay at this establishment to compensate for a previous stay which was less than desirable. I held off reviewing the hotel until I had given the chance at redemption and I'm glad I did. There were a multitude of problems during the initial stay but the complimentary stay has definitely won me over. The service was fantastic, friendly staff and an absolutely phenomenal suite with stunning views of the city centre and an extremely comfortable bed so we had a brilliant sleep. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to suit all tastes including a vegan section. I would absolutely return and would like to thank the staff for providing a 10/10 stay.”
