   We went in on Sunday to get some fish for my daughter’s tank. The girl who served us was amazing. I wish I had got her name but she had blonde hair! She helped us avoid heartbreak by advising us on the best fish for our tank and how we would be best stocking our tank going forward. She was so knowledgable. I am really impressed and will be using pets at home going forward for all our fish needs. She really is a credit to you.

   We where served by Neil who was not only knowledgeable and friendly but also displayed an outstanding account of customer service, he was able to assist us in finding the best products and also the best deals whilst displaying an incredible knowledge of what the store sells and what suited us best, we left feeling satisfied with our purchases and with smiles on our faces

   Usually have a lovely experience in here but tonight I felt like I was causing a drama. I asked the young fella at the desk if there were any of a specific product and was told if there were none on the shelf there weren’t any. Yes, it would have been nice to offer to look considering it wasn’t busy but that was fair. I then went out to the car to order them for the next available collection and it said they were available in store. So I ordered 2 and took my chances and nipped back in and asked the young fella again if he would look. He said he would double check (mind you, he hasn’t checked the first time). Three more staff members who were very friendly asked if it needed to be that specific product and I advised yes due to my pets allergies. I did say at this point I wasn’t causing any trouble I just wanted to lift them while I was there if that was the case. I buy out of here more than any other shop so was well aware of the online ordering system. The young fella came back and said there weren’t any and sometimes the system doesn’t update and I just replied to say it didn’t usually do that and was told ‘well that’s how it is’ in quite a rude and dismissive manner. I understand people skills aren’t natural to everyone but usually the staff in this store are so friendly and I was disappointed. It was that one comment that led me to write this. Our pets mean a lot to us and for some of us, are all we have. The other 3 were friendly but at this point I felt like a nuisance and I was causing trouble which I wasn’t.

   Really great experience we called with our Spaniel aprox 40-50min before closing time .and pick up out few items.and special hypoallergenic food Service we received was really good with passion Store manager Neil More than happy to help and serve + lots of advice too and recommendations abt products &food we will Back for sure even we travel 15 miles + one way.. Thanks!!

   Went into shop & couldn't find what I was looking for so asked a young lady who was packing the shelves well I have to say that girl was so kind & went out of her way to help me in more ways than enough can't thank her enough never got her name but what a lovely girl & an experience made so easy so big thanks to her & I will be back .

   Change staff because my dog ​​was refused bathing for the second time. Previously, there was an employee who bathed my husky without a problem and without a muzzle, now, even wearing a muzzle, I gets a phone call after 10 minutes that, unfortunately, my dog ​​cannot be bathed because he is stressed. Employees cannot cooperate with the dog. I do not recommend.
