He's been looked after brilliantly, by a staff that loves animals and caters to the needs of each dog as if they were their own. German Shepherd's are so specific, and seeing him so happy in all the photos that were shared with us, just made my heart full. We will definitely be using your services in the future. From the moment we started, it was clear that this was someone with an incredible understanding of dogs and a true passion for their work. Michelle has an incredible ability to connect with dogs of all breeds and temperaments as we've seen through the weeks. Our puppy, Pippin, was struggling with certain commands and we were at a loss, as this was how we'd trained previous dogs. Within just a few sessions we saw significant improvement because she made it so fun for him! Michelle's approach is rooted in positive reinforcement, patience, and consistency, which really make's a huge difference. Pippin adores his twice weekly sessions, and so will your dog! Michelle is also fantastic for grooming pups too, Pippin came out looking so handsome and he smelled fantastic ☺️”

Always great with their advice too- they stock a range of products and toys etc that my pup loves and we have our regular slot every 6 weeks to keep him looking tip top”
