“Excellent trainer!!! After taking my puppy to several classes for training, I realised that it was not working and this is when I found Cherished Pets of Brentwood. Sherry is an excellent 1 on 1 trainer, within minutes of being around my 10 month old puppy, she knew what needed to be done and how to do it. Sherry has astonishing in depth knowledge on dogs which I have learned so much from. Our puppy is extremely hyperactive and Sherry had the patience’s for her and happily took me and the puppy through each step on what needed to be done. Mags even went to her day care and will be going back shortly for further session to socialise with other dogs. Throughout her day care session Sherry sent me updates on how she was getting on and looked after her as if she was one of her own. Thank you for all the help you have given me with the training.”

“I can’t praise the team at Pet People highly enough. They cared for Bobby my diabetic border terrier for the last years of his life. I am absolutely sure that the wonderful care they gave him ensured that he never suffered and continued to enjoy life right up until the end. Every vet and all the support staff at the practice treated him - and me - with the same care and compassion and when he did eventually die at a great age, they looked after us both with such kindness. I’m happy to say we have a new puppy now. He had his first appointment this week. I can’t think of a better, kinder and more professional group of people to help me look after him.”

I brought my dog here for his first groom, they offered wonderful advice on what was best for my dog and put both the dog and I at great ease. When I collected him, he was in great form and totally relaxed. The groomer came out to talk me through what he had done which was appreciated. I would highly recommend Koatails to anyone. “Found Paws Galore online and sent an inquiry for a 6 day dog sit. Everybody I interacted with over email was incredibly professional and a joy to work with including Kacey and Lizzie. They offered up Ayse as the sitter with an introductory meeting, after which I decided to book it! Ayse did a great job, she kept up my dog’s routine very well and sent a number of updates including many pictures. My dog seemed to have a great time and was definitely very comfortable around Ayse by the time I got back. Will be booking again, thank you Ayse and team!”

“After a disappointing groom at our previous groomer’s, Jude had her first groom at Bubbles and Cuddles today. It is by far the best groom she’s ever had. They listened to me and have given her a beautiful cut. Her coat is super soft and shiny. Jude was really comfortable there and I will be bringing her every 2-3 months from now on. Cannot recommend highly enough!!”

“Our 5 month old golden retriever puppy Henry had his first groom at Doug's Dogs Grooming yesterday - Angela was very friendly and professional and. gave us some good advice on how to keep him well groomed at home and what brushes are best. Henry seemed super happy following his puppy wash and spa treatment so it was obviously a positive experience for him. He looked so smart and smells great. 10/10 would recommend. We have also started taking him to the Doug's Dogs 'Happy Puppy' classes which are taught in groups of 5 puppies, so are nice and small and the trainers Kevin and Doug are great. Very patient and knowledgeable.”

I Rang a few advertised but Toffs dog grooming studio and spa was the only one that appealed to me after I spoke to them. They were very friendly, kind and came across as caring animal lovers. “We first took our 14 week old puppy for a groom a few months ago and had a brilliant experience! The team are lovely, explained everything to us and also gave us tips for training etc. You could tell they love dogs and what they do - your puppy/dog are definitely in great hands! We left her and returned an hour or so later. She looked amazing and did really well with the 1st/2nd groom experience. We've now just done our 3rd visit. Looking forward to the 4th puppy groom early next year!”
