   New groomer Nelly was lovely, and did a great job. But the in-one-go price hike from £95 to £120 is not on! There was a lack of transparency about the pricing - originally it was to be £115, then another fiver was added after the appointment. Second time I've had this experience here. Have lost faith, which is a shame after bringing my dog here for 4 years. We're going elsewhere. Thanks to Ben, who has always been lovely

   This is where you want to go to pamper your dog! We were recently on Holiday visiting and they had such fun gifts to bring back to our little lady. The staff is so friendly and fun, very caring towards dogs.

   I love this pet shop and pet groomers! It’s the best I’ve found in London and cheap for the area! Ben and his team are so friendly and Poppy always comes out looking and smelling fresh! They do a great job and they cut the tricky areas around the eyes really well. Would highly recommend! Lucy

   I have used their services regularly. They were always professional and friendly. However, my dog came back on this occasion from a grooming session with swollen red eyes and discharge. I'm not sure what they have used, but it's certainly not dog friendly, and they have carelessly used it around my dogs eyes. I'm very unhappy about this and haven't had any form of apologies or an explanation.

   I have to say the most friendly and helpful pet shop. I have been going here for a year now and the stuff are so friendly and knowledgeable about all the products they sell, my bull dogs love going there for the treats and grooming i always pick him up and he has the biggest smile. Truly the best.

   Absolutely love this place, stocked top to bottom with everything for your pets needs - collars, leashes, bowls, lick mats, hundreds of toys, lots of food options, grooming services, PLUS extremely friendly extremely knowledgeable staff that are running the show. I had a couple of questions about my dog who hates getting her teeth brushed, the guys here gave me great advice and we had a good chat about it. Extremely friendly, always smiling, would definitely recommend them to anyone with a dog or cat! Thanks

   Thank you, thank you, thank you! After just moving here from Australia I was quite nervous in finding a dog groomer who knows exactly how I like my pup looking after his spa day. You all did a phenomenal job! Even getting to speak to the groomer directly I was impressed with, as it’s not something you get to do in Australia. To top it off, my boy is a nervous one and seeing him after his groom, he was calm and not trying to pull to get out of the shop like he usually does. I can’t recommend this groomer enough.    We have been coming here for grooming since my cavachon was a puppy. Everyone is so professional and helpful. They love and care about Toby and are always happy to see us. Puddings always looks cuter than ever after each visit. We highly recommend you visit!
