“I can’t praise the team at Pet People highly enough. They cared for Bobby my diabetic border terrier for the last years of his life. I am absolutely sure that the wonderful care they gave him ensured that he never suffered and continued to enjoy life right up until the end. Every vet and all the support staff at the practice treated him - and me - with the same care and compassion and when he did eventually die at a great age, they looked after us both with such kindness. I’m happy to say we have a new puppy now. He had his first appointment this week. I can’t think of a better, kinder and more professional group of people to help me look after him.”

“After a disappointing groom at our previous groomer’s, Jude had her first groom at Bubbles and Cuddles today. It is by far the best groom she’s ever had. They listened to me and have given her a beautiful cut. Her coat is super soft and shiny. Jude was really comfortable there and I will be bringing her every 2-3 months from now on. Cannot recommend highly enough!!”

“Anita is amazing ! I had my Persian Cat for 8 years and I had him groomed regularly. Last week was his first time with Anita. It was the least stressful time ever and in fact it was the first time that I actually stayed with him while he was being groomed. It was a real learning and educational experience, Anita was so gentle and loving and genuinely caring. She taught me so much and gave me so many tips on how to care for his specific needs and well being. She arrived to my house on time and was so warm and friendly. She really is a guardian angel for cats. I would never have my cat groomed by anyone else. Thank you Anita !”

“Absolutely fantastic service! Bought our Spaniel in for a full service groom a few days ago. Really lovely and warm reception on entry and felt instantly that he was in good hands! I told Taylor he had been having some ear issues for the past few days and she gave them a full deep clean. As soon as I picked him up he was full of beans & so happy, he looked so fresh and youthful again. He also smelt really lovely! “Such a fun place. The Pet-a-Pooch is a great experience, it's my second time being there and will definitely be back. The dogs are so friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. A really unique experience. There's a variety of dogs, they are all so well behaved and it was interesting getting to know all their personalities. Being able to give them treats is also a great part of the experience. The staff are absolutely lovely and friendly. The cafe part itself is also very cute, they serve a great matcha latte. Definitely a must-do experience for any dog lover.”

“I went in to look at the different options of dry food for my dog who needed to lose a little weight. The staff were extremely helpful explaining the different foods and what would be best for my dog based on age and weight. I also needed to get her a new harness and they helped me and tried various ones on my dog until one was found that was comfiest with the best fit. Which also turned out to be the cheaper one which showed they were working on the dogs best interest not on making money. It was a good experience and very helpful.”
