We took our 10 year old labrador who was experiecing great difficulties walking. The care our lab received was quick and all we could wish for. Our dog was extremely well looked after by the entire team, which demonstrated à lot of empathy and professionnalism. Thank you Phoebe and the lovely people at the réception.
High level of care and calming atmosphere, very pleased with the Pet People team and would recommend to any pet owner. We go the extra mile travelling to this practice because of the standard of care offered here exceeds our local vet. I can’t praise the team at Pet People highly enough. They cared for Bobby my diabetic border terrier for the last years of his life. I am absolutely sure that the wonderful care they gave him ensured that he never suffered and continued to enjoy life right up until the end. Every vet and all the support staff at the practice treated him - and me - with the same care and compassion and when he did eventually die at a great age, they looked after us both with such kindness. I’m happy to say we have a new puppy now. He had his first appointment this week. I can’t think of a better, kinder and more professional group of people to help me look after him.
If you could invent a vets practice in your imagination, where all the medics and staff were the kindest most lovely people and you trusted them with your furry friends implicitly, Pet People would be it. They care for our two little Sprocker Spaniels, Sefi and Dora and our cat Frankie with kindness, empathy and excellent skill. We feel so lucky to have found them.
This vet is totally unlike other chain vets, they really care about people and animals. There's no agenda to push expensive pet food or go directly to prescription drugs. The staff are amazing and so friendly, I have total confidence in the vets here too. Would recommend to any animal lover. You get what you pay for and it's worth every penny.
I have known Francesca in her capacity as a vet, long before this beautiful practice was opened. She has always been a kind, sensitive and an outstanding clinician on all of the many consultations that I had with her. I wish you the best of luck with your new enterprise. Dr Natascha is the most amazing, kind and considerate vet I have ever met. She has gone above and beyond in helping our cat who fractured his leg last week with regular updates and advice. The whole team at Pet People were so lovely and took great care of my boy who was frightened and in pain. Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do to support his recovery Natascha and team. Our family will be forever grateful!!!
What a gorgeous practice and such lovely staff. Our little tripod cat, Trinity, had a long dental procedure yesterday and today she is bouncing around as if nothing happened. I know she was so well looked after whilst she was there, and it was a huge treat to be able to walk less than 10 minutes down the road to bring her to you rather than 2-4 hour round trips to the vets which have been our usual experience to ensure a top quality independent vet service.
