   Called at 9.30 am to speak to somebody as my mum's dog (whom I am looking after) was severely bleeding when he had a bowel movement and vomiting. Told that as my dog is registered with another branch they were not connected, but they would call me back in 10 minutes. Called at 10 am as had not heard spoke to most unhelpful receptionist who told me probably not. I asked if she could find out for sure even if I had to pay again. Told would call back at 10.30. At 11 I called back again and spoke to first guy who told me they needed vet to come out of consultation (despite me hearing him welcoming patient into their appointment) and they would call me back. It's now 12.15 and I've still heard nothing. Absolutely appalling.

   Vets4Pets Wimbledon is amazing practise, the whole team from receptionist to nurses to Vets are very kind, patient and understanding of your needs and issues with your pets and beyond. Can't fault it. Highly recommended it by personal experience ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

   The vets and staff are all really nice but I was quoted £700/£800 to clean my cats teeth!! obviously I managed to find a much more reasonably priced (£290) vet with a great reputation, do your research when being quoted for treatments would be my advice….

   I called the practice this morning as I had a number of questions of how their pet plan scheme worked, what it covered, and what might happen in different circumstances, so that I could chose if the plan was right for us. Armin answered the call, and although I am sure they were busy, he could not have been more kind, patient and knowledgeable on the subject. I wasn't rushed, I felt that my questions were being taken seriously and answered by someoine that knew 100 percent what they were talking about. My sincere compliments to Armin, the surgery and Vets4Pets themselves for having such a great member of staff.

   Vets for pets Wimbledon have been there for me and my 10-year-old dog since I got him. The reception staff are always friendly and willing to help when needed and Syd has been an amazing vet to my dog over the last 10 years. Whenever my dog and I have gone to see him, whether that is for health reasons, accident or a checkup Syd always takes the time to explain everything and answer any of my question, which I always have loads off. I am very grateful to him and his team.

   I honestly can’t rate this practice highly enough. I was dubious about taking my dog to a ‘chain’ as she has always been registered at a small local practice. How wrong I was. The vet was extremely knowledgable and friendly. I was a nervous wreck leaving my dog for her spay, but left with a smile on my face knowing she was in safe and kind hands. The vet clearly loves animals and he was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what she would be up to throughout the day, set up her kennel with her toys and blankets and was so kind and gentle with her. I’m so pleasantly surprised and I will be transferring vets permanently. The prices, although not the main priority, are extremely reasonable and they don’t charge extra for pain management following a spay. I was gobsmacked, I truly feel that pets are the priority here and it has restored my faith. Thank you.

   I was recommended to get my dog ‘Nutracalm’ for travel sickness. This is an over-the-counter product, that can be purchased at various vets practises, and, as per their website says “Nutracalm can be purchased over the counter without a prescription from Authorised Veterinary Practices across the UK and Ireland, even if your pet is not registered at the practice.” I called Vets for Pets in Wimbledon. They do stock this and said I would need to come in for a consultation with my dog before they would sell this to me and started asking my availability for appointments. I told the receptionist this didn’t sound correct, and read to her word for word, what it says online about the product, in so much it can be sold over the counter, even if your dog is not registered at that particular vets. She put me on hold to speak to the vets, and came back and said I would still need to come in for a consultation (which of course they charge for), I told her this really didn’t sound right, and just an opportunity to get a stealth fee for a consultation, she put me on hold to check again with the vets, came back on the line and then just bluntly told me, “we don’t stock it here” – which is completely untrue, they do. I called NutraVet, the company who produce it, Wimbledon VetsforPets do sell it, and have it in stock, they were pretty annoyed about this, and insisted there should be no consultation fee. Shame on you Vets for Pets….

   I was so touched by their kindness today after my dog was attacked on Wandsworth Common. They managed to find a slot to see him, gently assessed him, gave him painkillers and antibiotics. The vet and all the staff were so compassionate and made a very upsetting situation so much better. I couldn’t rate them highly enough.

   Although they are very busy like every day, but I have never felt they are in a rush to explain things to me.= and my wife. They are so kind to us and our pets. They behave pets like they are theirs. I have never been happier visiting a doctor.

   It had been years since I owned a cat I took the new kitten to Vets4Pets for help and advice and my word how fantastic were they. They were jolly & positive & the kitten felt at home I will not go anywhere else to have my little kitten looked at.
