Lovely Veterinary practice. Vanessa and team are approachable, kind and will go out of their way to help, I know, as I have a difficult doggie! Every time I leave, I’m always grateful I went a little bit further, than using a local veterinary practice! They are the best team.
Extremely helpful, and professional. Skyla needed to have an operation for her cruciate ligament. Unfortunately my insurance didn’t cover the whole procedure, but luckily the Vet station came in with a much better price than I had been quoted by my previous vet’s. Skyla is currently seeing the Physio who works alongside the Vet station, and we’ve been very impressed with this service too.
We recently brought our dog, Athena, in for a visit and couldn’t be happier with the care she received. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. They took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure Athena was comfortable throughout the entire visit. What really stood out was the excellent follow-up care—we even received a check-in call to see how she was doing, and they were quick to answer any questions we had afterward. The fact that they’re available on weekends is a sixth star in itself! It’s such a relief to know we have access to quality care even outside of the typical workweek. Thank you for taking such amazing care of Athena—we’ll definitely be back and are so grateful to have found a place we can truly trust.
The Vet Station staff were so welcoming from the moment we entered. The ladies made me and my cat feel so at ease, we got nothing but impeccable, friendly care. His vaccination went so quickly, I don’t think he even noticed it happened! Big thank you to Gill who was so kind and reassuring x
We have one puppy, two rabbits and two guinea pigs and so we are regular visitors to the vet station. We have seen all the staff who work there and all of them are knowledgeable and friendly, taking time to educate the whole family in regards to our different pets needs. We all actually look forward to our visits to see the crew and we are always treated so well with excellent advice on a range of options. Thank you for navigating us through puppy care even providing puppy parties. Unlike any other practice we have been to the all the vets, nurses (and of course Vanessa the lovely receptionist!) know our pets so well. Thank you for all your help and support.
No number of words in this review can express how thankful I am for The Vet Station. I came across this vet in November 2021 when my cat was terminally sick. I was a member of Vets for Pets and their out of hours support was useless. My cat was seriously poorly and I needed a CT scan and urgent blood to be taken. I called an emergency vet who told me they had worked with Vanessa and the team at The Vet Station previously and had booked my cat in for an emergency scan at the weekend. The team were amazing, caring and supportive. They even had an app that allowed me to liaise with the Vet whenever I needed it. Whilst my cat was in their care, I received little videos to reassure me he was being cared for. The magic that makes this place so unique is the staff and their absolute care for the animals. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They go well above expectations. I never worry when my cat is with them, as I know they are in the best care possible. When I lost my cat due to his illness, they were unbelievable. Going above and beyond to drop my other cat at my home, which was 20 minutes from their location. When they arrived, they presented me with a gift of his paw print in resin to remember him by. A truly touching gift I will always be thankful for. The Vet Station is the best vet I have ever come across. If you were to do anything for your pets! Sign them up with this team and I promise you will never look back, they will be in the hands of an amazing, dedicated team.
The team at the Vet Station have been amazing. We switched to them from a previous vet on recommendation and they have been great. They are so personable and always shower Nova with attention. She is genuinely excited to go into the vets when we get there. The monthly package works really well and you get reminders via app to give treatments and always happy to give advice or get you to pop in to see them if you have any worries. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Vanessa and her team at The Vet Station have been treating my border collie for various issues since May. I couldn’t be more impressed with this practice - they have been very thorough in diagnosing and treating my collie, accommodating of his needs and always strive to make his experiences with them positive. Everyone at this practice knows my dog well and Marvel goes crazy with excitement whenever he realises that he is coming here! I couldn’t imagine taking my dogs anywhere else. All you ever want is the best for your animals and that’s what The Vet Station is!
What a fantastic vet! If your pet is your everything and you want a vet who gives them as much love as you do then definitely come to the vet station. We were seen to quickly, the entire team were professional and even entertained my baby whilst i was with our dog. Lovely family friendly feel with a huge parking just behind. My dog was very happy in Vanessas care.
