Our 18wk old puppy Paddie had quite serious soft pallet issues & underwent surgery & a stay in intensive care at London Vet Specialists Hammersmith. The care he recieved was 5 star! The staff are truly amazing, reception ( Paddie took a particular shine to Greg, whom is an excellent lead) & clinical. It's a no brainer if you get referred to them, we'd recommend them in heartbeat. Thank you for everything you have done for Paddie & us as owners. Sincere gratitude , S & J Gorman

Everyone on staff was incredibly kind and warm. The waiting room was comfortable and had great free drinks which came in handy while my pup was in surgery. The Vets were kind, explained everything clearly and were very thorough deciding to do an entire body scan of my dog while he was under so there were no mysteries about where and if the cancer had spread once we knew thatβs what it was. The pricing was very reasonable. As an American I was astonished at how cheap everything was and how fast the test results came back, the very next day. Finally, everything happened so quickly. He had surgery the day of his consultation and is having his next exactly a week later. This would NEVER happen in the US. I have already recommended this business to everyone I have talked to about my pupβs condition. Wiley and I canβt thank you enough!

We were referred to LVS for a CT scan after our large labradoodle, Dexter, was diagnosed with cancer - hermangiosarcoma. The reception staff were really welcoming and made a fuss of him which he loved. The oncologist we saw (Dr Sofia Ramos) was really lovely and took time to explain what the procedure involved and what they would be looking for. Unfortunately the CT showed that the cancer was widespread throughout his body. Dr Ramos was very kind when she explained what his prognosis was for the next few months and I felt I was given all the information needed to make the time he has left as comfortable as possible. A big thank you to the team there.

Our little chihuahua Winston recently spent the day at the clinic after inhaling a grass seed that needed to be removed. From start to finish, the whole team was absolutely wonderful β supportive, friendly, and so caring towards him. Winston isnβt the easiest dog when it comes to being handled, but everyone was amazing with him and made the whole experience as smooth as possible. We are so grateful for the care he received and wouldnβt hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a team they can truly trust with their pets.

This place is amazing. They are really caring and make what is a stressful and emotional time with your poorly dog easy. Janet and Matjea were brilliant and we and our dog felt well looked after. Of course they are specialists and fantastic at what they do. We were flying our dogs overseas and they pulled all the stops out with quality and speedy care to enable our frenchie to fly and be with us. Our dog was actually happy to see them check ups! Brilliant team.

Our cat Luna was displaying distressing gulping and gagging behaviour. The lovely Laura Bree treated her and, after a CT scan and endoscopy she discovered a very long blade of grass to be the issue which had entered the right lung. She promptly removed it and Luna was kept in for the next couple of nights to be observed and have her medication dispensed before being released as happy as Larry and as though nothing had occurred! Throughout Laura was a dream keeping in constant contact, sending pictures and reports and being generally caring and supportive. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Laura and London Vet Specialists!

Very professional hospital with incredible service. Hannah was very caring, attentive and detailed in her care of our cat. From the pre-op medical history, to explaining in detail what to expect during the op to potential outcomes, she made sure everything was well understood. We received regular updates throughout the day and post care follow ups to share diagnostic results. The practice was invaluable in diagnosing the problems our cat was experiencing.

We had a wonderful experience with LVS. Our cat Cleo was diagnosed with two cancers and underwent complex surgery with Janet as her surgeon and Richard as her oncologist. The team are brilliant, everyone we encountered were so caring and supportive. The reception team canβt do enough to help, sending documents and information instantly and are always on the phone to help with any queries. The vets and vet nurses are not only top of their field but compassionate, dedicated and happy to give as much information and time to each pet and their clearly worried owner. We canβt thank them enough for doing so much for Cleo.
