They treat each dog individually and communicate really well with the owner depending on what your needs are. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

Very patient and kind with my dog and she’s always happy and relaxed with them. They also sell luxury dog shampoo, dog perfume and other grooming accessories, as well as high quality chews, snacks, walking accessories and so on. Very clean place that feels cheerful and elegant.”

Our two dogs have always made desperate attempts to escape and starfish at the door, pleading with us to not take them inside - they clearly were having a terrible experience, which really traumatised us as well! Then we moved to Chelmsford and WOW, Sabrina has performed miracles! When we pull up outside, they both jump out the car and actually wag their tails up the steps to her gate.
