Very skilled, always on time, great value and super friendly. Never a problem leaving my dog with Jessica, am confident she is competent to take care of her. My dog leaves smelling amazing, looking so much neater, and happy to show off her fresh cut.
Jessica is very skilled in what she does. First of all, offered me a last minute appointment as my Pomeranian was struggling with the heat and allowed me to bring him in immediately despite her busy schedule. She worked very hard to get all of his knots and tangles out and cut his fur enough so that he isn’t overheating but also not too short so his fur grows back. He took to her very well, he usually hates going for a groom but seemed to find comfort in Jessica. Very reasonable prices especially considering the location and quality.
Jessica has been grooming both my dogs for a while now. She is so reactive, responsive, professional and friendly, I could not recommend her more. She is very cautious of always doing the best grooming possible tailored to your dogs needs/breed as well as their well being which to me is really important. I have a Kerry Blue Terrier which is quite a rare breed with a specific cut and from day one Jessica said to me that she would study this cut specifically before our first appointment. She has been nothing but a dream and continues to do so in a consistent manner. Amazing work!!
Jessica has always done a great grooming job on Ziggy. She is punctual and very efficient. Always takes your calls and answers any texts immediately. I highly recommend her as a groomer and also the shop for its friendly staff and great bits and bobs for the dogs.
I have been using Jessica for my dogs grooming services for a while now. She is very sweet kind and more importantly my dog loves her. He is a bit scared of everyone but she is so very gentle and sweet with him. We would not think of taking him anywhere else. The price is fair and making and appointment with her is easy.
I’ve been taking my Yorkie to this grooming salon for five years, and I must say that I am always very pleased with the way Jessica professionally cares for our dog. Jessica is always very polite and happy to see every dog. The place is located near the park and shopping street, where you can go while you wait for your dog. Jessica always listens carefully to my wishes and our dog always gets a stylish haircut, a bow and a lovely clean smell after the visit. I can easily book a visit to Jessica over the phone at a convenient time for me. Jessica always gives useful advice for caring for our Yorkie's coat.
