Popped in as we were passing for a nail cut for our 10-month pup. The groomer said his nails were the correct length and just cut the dew claws without charge. We'll definitely return, very friendly team.
A really awesome place. The first thing i noticed was how calm all the dogs were. They were all attended well and seemed to be enjoying themselves. I have been several times now and my dog gets excited to be there. The team are friendly, really know what they are doing and put my dogs needs first. Thank you Top Dog Grooming.
I have been going to Rachel at Top Dog Groomers for over 10 years and can honestly say I would never go anywhere else! Rachel always greets my dog Evie with so much love and enthusiasm and always has that time for a little chat and makes a special effort to make every dog and customer feel valued. Evie always comes out looking beautiful and not scared (she actually gets excited going to the groomers now!) Thank you Rachel and all the Top Dog Team for being such excellent professionals !!
We are terribly disappointed about the way they groomed our miniature schnauzer; they're unfortunately unable to groom this breed. I would never recommend.
Wonderful staff and I highly recommend them . Great grooming so friendly and caring I would not take my dog anywhere else.
Dreadful place. We're really upset about how our dog was treated. He's a Bearded Collie and we were assured they were used to this breed. We asked for his fur to be left long but instead of grooming him they hacked away at is fur with the clippers so he looks like he has mange as they've taken chunks out of him. They seem to think grooming means only using the clippers. The owner was rude and didn't take responsibility saying we did not look after our dog properly. Please avoid .
Would simply say they may be only a good groomer for friendly dogs. Our dog was visiting for the first time and it was not a very good decision to for us to visit them. Even after muzzling our dog for nearly an hour the groomer could not finish her job. He ended up with mats behind his ears. Sorry won't recommend to first timers.
I have been taking our 3 poodles for years at Top Dog Grooming and we are very happy. The staff is always very professional and pleasant with us and they love dogs! They are particularly good with difficult to groom breeds like Poodles. I highly recommend them.
