   Wonderful experience for my 7-month cockapoo who is nervous about grooming. We booked a bath and tidy up. Sasha and team were very patient with him, ensuring he felt comfortable - especially as he is afraid of clippers. He looks great and left with a big smile on his face. Thank you so much.

   My Pomeranians always leave this salon looking gorgeous – their coats are shiny, healthy and beautifully trimmed. They come out happy and cheerful every time, and even go in with tails wagging, which says it all. The staff are kind, professional and caring – truly first-class service. Highly recommended!

   My first time taking young Bella Baxter to a groomers but she is soooooo out of control floofly she needed some attention that brushing wasn't enough for. I dropped her off as a nervous ball hiding in the back of the cat carrier and I picked her up a sassy, boisterous menace (her usual self) looking and smelling great. The staff were friendly and welcoming and Sacha was very attentive and helpful with all my questions. Totally recommend Pawadise Spa!

   Unfortunately, our experience at this groomer took a disappointing turn. While we’ve had many good sessions in the past, the last visit was far below acceptable standards. The haircut was uneven, short and it was clear there were issues with the staff that day. The most frustrating part was the lack of accountability. On top of everything they charged 20% more for extra work on tangled hair without first discussing or asking for input on the best course of action, such as cutting the hair shorter instead. When we tried to address the problem and seek a solution, the salon refused to take responsibility. Sadly, this lack of professionalism has led us to decide not to return. FIRST picture on the review it is our previous successful visit to the groomer, the reason we kept going there until the latest experience

   Amazing treatment for dogs!! I have 2 Shih_tzu and we found PAWADISE spa. They are really good with style for my dogs and most important it’s not stress for them at all. Highly recommend! My dogs love to be there !
