“A really helpful service. Due to corona, your pet is collected from your car and you wait outside. Our cat seemed to be reasonably happy when he returned, which is probably the best he's ever been after a visit to the pet.”

“Lianna is absolutely brilliant! She’s done a great job looking after our 4 yo Labrador while we were away for a week. She kept me posted, sent regular pictures and videos and best of all, she even helped training her and improved her recall massively within such a short period of time! I would definitely recommend Lianna to anyone and we will for sure use her service again!”

“I have p@h bear me but I pop into this one sometimes if im passing. Staff are lovely and helpful, its clean and tidy. They offer to help carry heavy items to the car. The little pets in store are well cared for and their environment is always spotless with clean bedding and lits of food and water”

“The staff here are so kind and patient and the quality of care for my cat has been very high. The reception staff always take time to explain things through to me. The wait on arrival for appointments is very low so my cat spends minimal time in the carrier.”

“Yesterday 14/08/2025 we used vets for pets to have our dog roman put to sleep with it being such a hard decision to make it was such a sense of relief that all the lovely team were so lovely especially the vet jai he looked after us and made us feel at ease with what was happening his care and compassion towards us and our dog roman. “Excellent location just outside Woking station. As you would expect the room was clean. I’ve stayed in a few Travelodge hotels over the last year or two and the rooms in this one are even better than most: I guess it has had a recent refurbishment: USB-A ports by the bed, and a very good shower room. Breakfast was very good, again as you would expect. So many thanks to all the invisible people who make this level of service possible – cleaning, catering et cetera. A big shout out to Supervisor Manika and to Pritam on the desk for excellent service - and in particular for recovering the small coffee flask which I inadvertently left behind in the room.”

“I had a good experience regarding the purchase of a Wilkinson Sword Pruning Saw and Holster. The staff explained that this would be quicker and more efficient than the folding type. I also purchased a twin pack of Bypass Pruner and Anvil Pruner. The staff asked if I wanted to get the Robert Dyas card. I agreed and got a discount on the total purchase.”

“Small Paw Adventures, run by Sam is just fantastic. Ozzy, my dog, has been going to Sam for day care since he was little, he’s now 2. He absolutely adores her and the time they have together. Last night he did his first sleepover in preparation for a holiday we have booked and Sam sent me messages and updated me. Sam is professional and kind, a winning combination when it comes to our fur babies. I trust her implicitly and feel total confidence to get on with my day, knowing he’s happy and safe! “I cannot recommend the team at dogworldgrooming Horsell enough. Both our dogs absolutely LOVE going there to be pampered and showered with love. The staff are amazingly friendly and professional, our dogs have never been groomed so well. In our opinion this groomers is the best in Woking.”

“The care and love my cat receives at Voo Vets in Pyrford , is extraordinary. He was very ill in December, but they got him right. In March he had an operation which went very well. I was especially impressed by the tiny stitches done by Vet Christina. Thank you Christina for your constant care of Bingo and to Receptionist Justine for always being so kind and helpful to me and my cat. I am so glad I moved Bingo to Voo in Pyrford.”

“We went to Medivet Bisley with our cocker spaniel because of his upset stomach. Gaia, the vet was as usual absolutely lovely and very gentle with him. We left reassured and happy. Even though Ted hates going to the vets in general, he’s learning that we always have a good experience there. Although Ted is only 2 years old, we’ve been there number of times and always received kind and gentle service.”

“Pinewood Cattery is spotlessly clean and all cats are well cared for. Sam and her team worked around our recent house move and what seemed like forever changing move dates. Our girls Boo & Willow were well cared for and actually came home friends than sibling rivals. Thank you Pinewood, we will see you again in October.”

“We had a very enjoyable evening in the bar area, having drinks and a light bite. The food was excellent, and the service from Emily was great, friendly, attentive and very efficient. The atmosphere was lively the evening we were there with live music and a launch of the festive menu. The Inn at Maybury is always a good choice for drinks or dinner. We will be back!”

“Would totally recommend Kew Dogs. Sadie (silly puppy) and Iggy (sensible older dog) go together and are very well looked after. Very useful for an energetic and social puppy. Wing is super understanding about our ever chaotic schedule and it is a life saver when juggling work commitments. And Jeremy clearly loves them and treats them with great care. Great service. And lovely photos every day.”

“Booked Hillside Farm Barn for a 2 night stay. Its easy accessible from London but feels like a complete different place! Such a lovely, quiet area and the studio itself is stunning. Personally thought it was larger than expected and everything you need is in there. Nigel and Vicky are very friendly and helpful and staying here had a much more personal touch than any hotel. Planned to venture out on the Saturday but the weather wasn't great so stayed in and binge watched movies instead (the TV has access to netflix, iPlayer, chromecast etc). Can't wait to stay again but for longer as 2 nights flew by!”

“Been there at a Friday evening and it was great! Callum was working behind the counter and he was very polite and friendly, great guy! A band set up inside the pub and played some good quality music, nothing too loud and definitely elevating the whole atmosphere. Bonus points for the delicious Brazilian bbq that is being served there during the weekends, at the rear garden. Bottom line, great pub!”
