   Karl greeted me with a big smile as soon as I come in. Karl asked if I needed any help and helped me with the McAdams range which we absolutely love for our mini -schnauzer. Nice friendly and wide range of items. Highly recommended.

   I was 1st introduced to pets corner (Horshall) by a Firend who recommended their puppy hour which helped socialise puppies. As a 1st time dog owner I was totally inexperienced and needed advise. The 1st time we went we were warmly welcomed and given great advise about cleaning teeth etc and the importance of starting young. It was well managed and my puppy came away having had a great time and exhausted. We carried on going untill he was sadly to old to go, but the confidence I got out of going was priceless. The staff themselves were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend pets corner for the high quality merchandise and knowledge they offer. I have since had a few friends that are new dog owners and have highly recommended going. ☺️

   What a great idea to offer a Saturday morning session for pups to socialise. And owners. Plus a chance to buy any essentials with a 10% discount. All the pups had a great time and the staff were brilliant. It was good to have a groomer giving advice as well.

   Went into the Horsell store today with my husband mother in law and our dog! Our dog is a rescue dog and we wanted to get her some toys that she can get the food out of!! We were met by Samuel who was brilliant and helpful. He went through lots of different things to help us with toys and food for our dog! Let our dog have a try on the slowdown food game! We ended up buying a frogg bobbly ball the slow down mind food tray and some food!! Left very happy and content. We then decided that our dog had worked out the mind food tray too quick and then was more interested in the bobbly ball so took it back and swapped it for another bobbly ball and some peanut butter!! Excellent experience and we will defo be going back there again! Great atmosphere very helpful staff and made to feel very welcome!! A**** and highly recommend

   I have been visiting Horsell branch for over 6 years. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. They run puppy hour on a Saturday. This is normally supervised with a dog behaviourist and they have information on puppy classes. I spoke with Charlotte who was very informative of dog nutrition. All the staff very helpful and love making a fuss of my dog. Daphne loves the water bowl and trying to steal treats.
