“The care and love my cat receives at Voo Vets in Pyrford , is extraordinary. He was very ill in December, but they got him right. In March he had an operation which went very well. “I ordered a Hurtta coat for my dog but it didn’t fit and unfortunately I had to send it back for a bigger size, when I received it it also didn’t fit. I then spoke to Graham several times who was so helpful and understanding and he helped me find the right size for my dog and after the third order this one fits perfectly. The customer service was great and they were so helpful despite me ordering three times and sending the items back.
