Being one of the few pharmacies open past 6pm I gave this place a go and so glad I did! Within 5 minutes of arriving I had spoken with the lovely pharmacist who promptly arranged some medication for me. Would use them again, thank you!
I was apprehensive about using this pharmacy given the negative reviews but my regular pharmacy didn't have the medication I needed and couldn't order it as they said it was out of stock. They advised me to trawl round other pharmacies in Woking to see if anyone else had any supplies. As it was fast approaching 6pm this was the only pharmacy open late so I went along with a heavy heart not really knowing what to expect. I'm glad I did because the gentleman who attended me was superb. I explained the situation and he quickly assured me that they had what I needed in stock. I expected to be told to return another day to collect the prescription but instead he told me to take a seat whilst he prepared it there and then. Another gentleman then checked it and handed it to me, along with a repeat prescription. In all I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and I left with everything I needed. I couldn't be happier. The service I received was excellent and they saved me from having a sleepless night.
On 11 August 2025, I experienced the worst service imaginable at this pharmacy. The woman in charge was shockingly rude, disrespectful, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. She showed zero respect or basic human decency, lost my prescription, and spoke to me with an insulting, superior attitude. She refused to provide me with the rest of my critical medication — fully aware of its importance to my health — even after I told her I am travelling abroad tomorrow for a month. She also refused to return my prescription so I could obtain the medicine elsewhere. This reckless and heartless behaviour has put my life in serious danger. I will be filing an official complaint against her for this unacceptable, dangerous, and disgraceful conduct.
After repeated issues with medication delivery, delays, lack of stock, and lack of responsiveness from the staff, the best solution was to switch pharmacies. Sometimes, the time and stress you go through are just not worth the wait for the issue to be resolved.
Dreadful service, the staff don’t want to serve anybody & whisper when mentioning the prices for anything so you don’t realise they are charging you a mark up of 3x vs other pharmacies. The new African main pharmacist is beyond rude shouting at customers asking simple questions? How can you mumble & give so much attitude? I will now be moving all of my prescriptions and family member’s prescriptions over to Kingfield pharmacy or Boots - much friendly service without the attitude.
Absolutely useless pharmacy, never deliver on time, always short of medication and have no care at all for its customers.
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used! Please, if you can use an alternative pharmacy, do!! I always have to wait for my prescription which is issued monthly, even when I have phoned them and they've said it would be ready. Other people have come in after me and there prescription has been ready for them to collect. Unfortunately, you cannot give a no star review
Always a wait, slow and useless service. Feels like the staff are doing you a favour rather than trying to assist. Been here twice before and will never ever use them again. Changed my nominated pharmacy with the NHS to Boots as they at least carry stock and try assist!
If I could give zero I would of have. The girls are all friendly but the Chemist needs to learn how to communicate with his customers. Every week something was wrong with my prescriptions and said it's not been sent and I have to call my doctor to get a ref number. Completely rude and unprofessional. Do not complain to the other customers regarding how slow they are as they will ban you from the chemist as they did to my wife. We received a call from our GP who informed us of the ban and we were completely shocked. When we went to the new chemist they told us that a few people have had this happen to them. Terrible pharmacy and avoid if you want to be treated like a human. Worst chemist I have ever used and our new chemist boots shows them up. Needs more staff and a pharmacist who cares. 0 out of 10 for this chemist.
The one redeeming factor is the girls were all very friendly however the pharmacist was extremely rude and quite unpleasant to deal with. Every time I went to collect my prescription they would say it wasn't there so I constantly had to ensure that i had a tracking number. After I mentioned to another customer outside that they take ages i was banned from the pharmacy for my, apparently, disparaging remark. My new pharmacy then informed me that they had 4 others from Bridge who also had been forced to change chemist for similar reasons
