ATTENTION!!!!!!! This Boots is Closing Down. If you are getting a winter flu jab please directly go to Boots in the town centre. As the town centre Boots is extremely busy, you might want to go earlier to avoid the long queue. Staffs are very nice but the amount of customers make them look like shortages of staff. Be patience and be early! Treat the workers nicely too as they look overwhelmed. Hope it helps!!!!

Twice I have been here in the past week for prescriptions and on both occasions I have come away empty handed. The first time, the woman was polite and explained the situation but today, that same woman spoke with a defensive edge in her voice as soon as she'd looked for my prescription. Said she was on her own and couldn't sort out the order for prescription aswell as serve customers but I had already seen another person serving a customer! I can understand if she has had a bad time with customers in the past but I did not deserve to be spoken to like that! I will be going elsewhere for my prescriptions! Boots! You need to work on your customer service training for your staff!

Not a bad chemist and they normally have what we need in medication but I'm affraid they lose points because they never pick up the phone when u ring to check up on your medication, I rang them this morning 23 times from when they opened and they didn't, answer!!!!

Boots on Guildford Road Woking :Very disappointed with the service, staff are slow and do not have any clue of what they are doing. Always long cues and very bad service. I would suggest to replace all of them for the better of the company.

I have been coming here for a repeat prescription for 5 years. In all that time only once was the prescription already been prepared. You then have to wait anything from 15 mins to 30 mins whilst they prepare it. I have seen comments about the store being understaffed. This is definitely NOT the problem because every time I have been in the store there have been 3-4 members of staff and the shop is small. It is disorganised, the staff canβt be bothered and it should be shut down. BOOTS MANAGEMENT - ARE YOU LISTENING???

How rude do you have to be to work for boots!! I was in there yesterday and I wish the young white girl was there, how rude and lazy do you have to be, can you get a degree in laziness because little Indian woman needs a rocket where the sun donβt shine to get off that computer and actually serve customers in stead of looking and walking away And being of multi race do not think Iβm being racist as that in its self would he racist towards me

I donβt usually write bad reviews but after having consistently bad service month after month we have now changed the pharmacy we collect my daughters medication from each month. If I could have given 0 stars, it would be a more accurate representation of my frustration each month. For some reason they have just one big queue. No one serving shop customers - they have to join the usually very long and always very slow prescription queue. On more than one occasion Iβve arrived at 6.25 to then have the door locked behind me, causing frustration to other customers who drive well before the 7pm closing time to find they canβt access the shop/pharmacy. The last 3 months, despite me waiting at least a week between me requesting the prescription from the GP and collecting it, it hasnβt been ready and after waiting between 25-45 minutes they either havenβt been able to give me any of the medication or itβs only been partly filled - meaning I get to come back a day or 2 later to wait around for another 30 mins. It is a very painful and frustrating process. When I returned last month to collect the rest of the medication (waiting 2 days rather than the 1, just to make sure it would be ready), there was no queue and just 2 people waiting in the shop who had already been served. Great I thought - then I found out theyβd both been waiting around 40 minsβ¦β¦one lady then had to leave empty handed as she would be late to collect her child from school. After a 25 min wait I was finally given the medication. Clearly they are understaffed but nothing seems to be done to improve the situation?

As a customer-focused pharmacy, it's a bit hit and miss!! There used to be a really rude person behind the till, but I haven't seen her lately. Seemed to expect everyone to have a phd in medicine and to have read every single notice and poster in the building, every visit. This week I had to queue for a long time on Wednesday evening, with only one person serving - who was efficient did a good job in the circumstances (thank you sir!). This morning I phoned, got answered quickly, with a friendly and helpful response and my prescription was immediately prepared and ready when I walked in, as promised 10 minutes later. If the customer service and staff levels were consistently at the level I experienced today - It would be fab and 5* from me.

I have used the Boots on the Guildford Road in Woking on numerous occasions due to not having the time to walk in to the town centre. Every visit I have received the worst customer service ever! I popped in after work this evening in the hopes that I could buy one item quickly. On arrival there were 4 people ahead of me waiting patiently, I stood for approx 10 minutes and realised that nobody was being served. I asked the people ahead of me if anyone had been served, they all said that they hadn't. One member of staff was filling the shelves, one about to finish and 3 staff on the next level processing prescriptions, not one acknowledging the queue. I asked the lady stocking the shelves if she was serving, she said that she was no longer behind the counter another member of staff was, he eventually came down, no apology for the wait, asked the name on prescription a gentleman was collecting then disappeared for another 5 minutes. When I eventually got served, I asked how I could provide feedback on the appalling service and was advised that I would have to go on line as there isn't currently a manager in position. They clearly need a manager but surely if 5 members of staff were working one of them could be behind the counter!! It is unacceptable that customers are provided with such a poor service. This wasn't a one off! No manners!
