   Nice people, seemingly incompetent. Every time we put in a repeat prescription via a paper copy it doesn’t get done on time because somehow it gets lost. We also get medication that is on our record but wasn’t reordered on repeat prescription, surely this calls call in to question how things are being read and processed. They also fail to tell you what to do if the GP needs to be involved. My mother is currently without her heart medication because of very basic communication problems. So frustrating.

   My 85 year old mother left her hearing aid at Wilyman's chemists after buying some batteries for it. The very kind staff here arranged for it to be taken back to her home to avoid her having to go out again during this pandemic... Now that is kindness at its very best... Use this Chemist, support local because a high street chemist wouldn't have even taken my call. Thank you Wilyman's, above and beyond...

   The best pharmacy in Croxley. Counter staff are really friendly, helpful & discreet. Greg & his fellow pharmacologists go out of their way to help you, & if a product is not in stock they will usually endeavour to have it by 5.30pm that day. You cannot fault the service in here.
