“My dog Tilly adores this shop and won't let us pass it by. She first visits the soft toys and after she has chosen one she makes for the chew aisle. This is difficult as she has so many allergies but we usually do find one she can take home to enjoy. We like this shop as it has wide aisles, a lot of selection and is extremely clean so we know Tilly won't be picking up anything nasty. The customer service is great and they are very patient with us.”

“I’ve been buying raw dog food from Blu’s for around 5 years. They are competitively priced and offer an extensive range of meats. The staff are super helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to help if I’ve forgotten to order on time! They also have a great range of dried treats suitable for all sizes which is great for me! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

Ordered my Day 2 & 8 Tests from them and not only did they send the tests in a timely manner that they were here after I've arrived, but the phone assistance was excellent and made the process so smooth. “I can't recommend this store enough! It is quite literally your one-stop shop for everything good and nutritious for your dog. I went in not 100% sure which raw food I was going to feed my dog and came out absolutely confident that what I am feeding him is the best, premium food for him. They were patient and so helpful. Raw food, natural treats, toys, beds, cleaning products, bathing products, training treats/accessories, you name it, they have it! You don't need to go anywhere else for your dogs needs. Forget pets at home and high chain stores, these guys have everything you'd need to raise your dog right. Shop local, shop your smaller businesses.”

“Kings Heath pet centre is by far my favourite pet shop. They have a wonderful array of products and at good prices too. Amazing staff, very friendly and offer plenty of helpful advice. We purchased a beautiful little Gerbil this weekend who has already become a much loved member of the family! The lady who helped with my enquiry was really attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure our Gerbil would be well looked after. I can’t thank you guys enough for the amazing work you do for all the lovely little pets you have in store, they are very well looked after and cared for.”

“Best vets around I moved to blacks vets from another practice after being badly treated. I had been going to the previous practice for nearly TWO YEARS!!! and I was still no further forward with what was wrong with my dog Billy. After only two visits to blacks he was diagnosed with a rare life limiting illness sadly. I was devastated. From that moment on even with the insurance everything was dealt with amazingly. The staff are lovely, kind and understanding. The vet who I saw was so brilliant. He treated my Billy like his own. All insurance was paid out with no problems. To the point I used up my whole policy. Which due to the fact he had so much work done. They did everything they could to keep him going. At the end when the time came to say goodbye they treated us like royalty. Made us feel so special. It was such a peaceful passing. I was devastated. They even took a fur clipping and put it in a bottle for me and a paw print for me to кеер. If you want a good, caring, genuine vets look no further”

“We've been taking our two rescue guinea pigs to 608 vets since we got them over 3 years ago. For most of our visits we have been looked after by the exotic vet, Sergio Rodriguez Valera. As they've got older they've had a few issues and this year, they needed two operations each, first for gynae problems and then for skin tumours. Sergio has done an amazing job with them, dealing with some difficult issues in two of the ops, and both guinea pigs are now doing great. He always took time to explain what he was doing, answering our many questions, and really cared about how they were. Five stars isn't really enough. Thank you Sergio, I don't think it's overstating it to say they probably wouldn't still be here without you.”
