   After looking for ages I reached out to see if they could source a reptile I was in need of and with no issue they were able to source me some. I bought 3 Acanthasura Lepidogaster happy and healthy with no issues. Sadly one died however they quickly resolved this issue giving me options to go from. Communication was fast and great! Amazing service will purchase again

   Honestly this shop is the best shop for reptiles! I absolutely love this place. We bought our beardie from them in April and was given so much time and information for her and they set us up ready to go before we left. They said any problems they always help and they really do. I worry a lot about my dragon and if I’m doing it right and I am always messaging them asking questions and they reply so fast and it’s never too much trouble for them! I buy my bugs from them and any accessories and I used there boarding services a week ago and they was incredible with her. I checked in half way through my holiday and they sent me pictures of her so I knew she was okay and she came back to me happy and full of energy. Would never go anywhere else for reptiles or assistance. Thank you so much for all the support and help over the last 4 months!!!

   I absolutely love this place, I have 5 reticulated pythons in some pretty snazzy bright crazy patterns and colours, they are all about 12 years old, and are absolutely insanely massive, you'd think I'd be spoilt for my fix of snakes, but believe me when I visit here, I'm on a snake high! I'd love to add a couple more to my collection, for different genetics for breeding, and this is where I'd come. Really great staff, excellent products and top notch snakes, highly recommend this shop.

   Fantastic place! Great selection of animals and vivariums and the animals are obviously loved and excellently cared for. We went to find out more and ask lots of questions. The staff were lovely, so helpful and knowledgeable and gave us so much time and attention. We will definitely be going back. We'll worth a longer journey for the care and quality.

   I brought my tortoise Apollo from them just before Christmas and they were amazing you can tell they truely care about the animals well fair, I recently had a scare with my tortoise so I messaged them and Conor got back to me very quickly and asked if I could bring him in to have a look. They were very friendly and helpful putting my mind at ease being a first time owner. The aftercare they provide is brilliant.

   Saw good reviews so popped in as I was upgrading my Whites Tree Frogs terrarium. What a fantastic place! All the animals were obviously thriving. Saw Chloe who was fantastic - knowledgeable and caring. Bought everything I needed and more, plus returned today to collect two American Grey Tree Frogs I didn’t know I needed until Chloe and the frogs charmed me.
