   Rooms are way too hot with no heating on. Windows restricted so unable to cool down. Small functional corporate rooms nothing special. Lovely staff and excellent food.

   The rooms are quite good, but the beds are single, small single to be exact. Wi-Fi doesn't seem to work properly. All staff goes above and behind to hell and are all very friendly. The location is amazing and the food seved is really good; 5 star for the food too. I am sure I will return.

   Rooms were single beds which were surprise, but lovely. Only 1 towel. Automatic lights but turns off whilst showering. I liked the rooms, but no temperature control or fan. The walls are also thin so you can hear people in the corridor and opening closing doors. Food here was AMAZING, service was brilliant too! Facilities were great. Location is a little far out for public transport... by driving this can be perfect. Location is within Lickey Hills Country Park, full of nature, history, and walking trails with great viewpoints in several locations.

   Very clean and well maintained. No frills, comfy beds. Good parking. Breakfast is up there with the best of them. Evening menu is lacking in choice if staying for more than a couple of nights. Definitely will return when working in the area. Great value.

   This is a lovely place in the countryside with very helpful staff and a friendly atmosphere. I keep going back there. This time I had a small room with a view onto the air conditioning, otherwise I would give it 5 stars. Last time I had a bigger room with fabulous views.

   Fantastic venue, food, service, bar staff Jayne organised everything Mathew was manager on the day. Job well done guys The waitresses were great too especially Emily who we had a great banter with at both breakfast and the function . Each and every guest was extremely happy

   Lovely staff and a great cooked breakfast but for the week I stayed there (begining of Dec 2022) there was no hot water in the majority of the rooms. My colleagues had use my shower every morning because I was one of the lucky few with running water.

   We were visiting family in Birmingham and needed somewhere central. We had a great stay. Fantastic customer service. Comfy room. Lovely location, especially in Autum. Food is delicious. It's our 2nd stay and we will definitely be visiting again.

   Lots of parking, friendly staff, especially in the dining area. My room (37) was tiny though with minimal storage and clothes hanging space. Shower was very weak and the extractor fan was a distraction when going to sleep. The radiator didn't seem to work either. Fortunately, not too much of a problem as I was just myself and just there for the night. The bathroom and room itself were very clean though. The food was very good and there was a nice atmosphere in the bar. Conference facilities were excellent and the grounds looked nice, although I didn't have a chance to explore.
