   Lovely for a weekend away, the rooms are compact but have everything you need in them. Beds are comfy with nice linen. All very clean. The horses and Shetland ponies are so friendly, so are the owners 2 dogs. It is all self-check-in so didn't interact much with the owners but the little that we did, everyone was lovely and welcoming. The grounds are massive and very pretty, lovely for a walk with the dog. There's also a rope swing which was GREAT fun! Perfect for a little get-away in nature. Would recommend and would definitely come back again.

   The Superior King Room is extremely comfortable. Great size with good sofa lounge kitchen area with dining table to relax. Property is let down though as it's starting to need some refurbishment - floors are worn and cupboards need sorting out, and it needs a deeper clean into all the corners. Feels like it's just been let go a bit - much of the property has been sold off and fields are overgrown. Couldn't find the deer anywhere, and only a couple of horses in one paddock and a couple of minis locked in the arena. Instead there are statues of deer and horses! Kitchen appliances aren't working and the wrong pans provided for the backup table top stove. Just needs some TLC to bring it back up to scratch and make it fully worth the money. Convenient check-in with a code and host was responsive via phone. Reasonably quiet given the location although still near flight paths and other noises.

   What an amazing place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was absolutely lovely, well stacked with towels, toilet rolls, hand wash etc and a lovely complimentary basket with croissants, pain au chocolates, waffles and biscuits. The location is great. We had a seating area to the front and rear where we could sit and admire the horses, llamas and Shetlands whilst having a nice drink. Heather was very helpful when we needed her and even had a little visit from Betsy. Would definitely recommend to others and can’t wait to come back. Thank you

   We stayed at the Stables 4 years ago so we thought it would be nice to go back whilst visiting friends in the area. The booking process was easy and contact with the owner was easy and efficient. The accommodation and the setting was perfect and comfortable. The downside and spoiler for our visit was the couple staying in the room adjacent, room three. They kept us awake most of the night. They were loud, kept coming and going, even driving off site at 03:00 in the morning and then coming back equally as noisy. From then on, the noise was accompanied by the pungent and constant smell of Cannabis. It completely ruined our stay. I felt like I was staying in some horrid motel not in the scenic countryside location on the fringes of Knowle.

   A great little place to stop. I actually used it as a stop off when visiting the NEC (National Exhibition Centre). Very tidy and clean room. You are not far from some great restaurants and Inns. I enjoyed a lovely meal at The Black Boy Country Cottage Inn.

   Lovely calm chalet stay off the beaten track, owners were kind and helpful. Comfy beds and great shower.. very zen place to visit and stay. Do bring food and drinks as was reading mixed reviews of breakfast provided.. but it was lovely and would recommend a stay here.. thanks for a lovely time.. beautiful place
