Our favourite pet shop to go to. Lots of variety, staff brilliant and keen to help, and always an enjoyable visit for our dogs! Sadly can’t say the same about Telford, so would always recommend the Kidderminster store instead to anyone!

Went in to get some oil for my dog and was greeted by a lovely guy Ian. Very helpful, took his time and didn’t want to rush off when I was being indecisive. Great customer service.
Really loved visiting today, I would describe this so as a pets supermarket. It's like Waitrose for your pets! Loads of money-saving deals around the place and the cashier was lovely, a very passionate man who seemed genuinely happy at work. He signed me up for the beneficial member club in less than 3 minutes! Can't wait to visit again, thank you!
Just for pets in Kidderminster is a fantastic store. The staff are very friendly, knowledgable and quick to help. I have been visiting them for the last few years now; helping me with my dog’s diet, harnesses, advice on the best toys for my breed and so much more. They are always quick to offer smiles and a warm welcome! Highly recommended.

Came in the day before, bought a fish tank and all of the things needed, was served by a lovely lady who told us everything we needed. Came back the day after to buy the fish (as we were told) was served by an extremely rude lady who told us very rudely the fish were not for sale and offered poor customer service, not very happy
Decent range of products at a reasonable price. Staff are always friendly and helpful giving you great advice rather than trying to sell you something! We go quite often to buy our dog food and insects for our reptiles.
