   Terrible place. Gives the impression has a big range but to be honest should have stuck with gut instinct and turned around When entering criticised the lead and harness the dog had on and no measurements were taken so just guessing if harness would fit or not when asked if any other pet stores around there she responded no. Like a step back in time that nobody remembers or cares to.. Harness being worn was from Dogs Trust.

   Don’t waste your time. A dingy and awful market stall. Upon having our dog from dogs trust we wanted somewhere local to take her to be fitted with a harness. On entering the stall it was right at the back of a blind shop. Lady greeted us made no contact with our dog who was so happy to meet this woman. I explained that we were looking for a good harness for our dog. No measurements were taken she just placed about 4 harnesses on counter then said they all to small!!! Okay so can you help us or not lol. She then began to say that the harness our dog was wearing was unsuitable. How rude this harness was purchased from dogs trust so we could travel home with our dog. She then rudely said that we would need a separate harness for travel. Utter garbage as we did look into this and have been told the harness was completely compatable with our car. This is dogs trust. She was clueless and very rude and sorry but she had a pungent odour to which wasn’t the best. So we left and went to somewhere else. We purchased a great quality harness and they were so helpful and acknowledged our new dog with a couple of treats and cuddles. The woman at pets paradise was not only rude but had no idea and was so blunt and to be honest vile. I would not recommend this stall. Go to a proper pet store that has the knowledge this woman lacks.

   For such a small shop they have quite the range of products from straw bedding for rodents, to treats and food for lots of different animals. My dog loves walking to the shop and getting to pick out a tasty treat. The lady that usually operates the cash register is really nice and knowledgable and has helped us many times when we needed advice or product recommendations in regards to our pets.
