Iv been going to this shop for months and months now and all throughout lockdown after deciding to find a more local supplier and supporting a local business. The service they offer is second to none, from the range of raw food they have to, to the next day delivery (which is really reliable and quick), I have forgot to order before and last minute contacted the guys and they have sorted my meat out for me, they offer payment options card or cash which is always handy. Cannot recommend these guys enough, they are so helpful and welcoming honestly never disappoint.”

“Our two dogs, Roo (beagle) and Ernie (Jack Russell) liked Rachel straight away and they had a good cuddle on the first house visit. Felt really confident that they would be looked after when we were out for the day. Got updates and photos during the day which was lovely. “Best vets around I moved to blacks vets from another practice after being badly treated. I had been going to the previous practice for nearly TWO YEARS!!! and I was still no further forward with what was wrong with my dog Billy. After only two visits to blacks he was diagnosed with a rare life limiting illness sadly. I was devastated. From that moment on even with the insurance everything was dealt with amazingly. The staff are lovely, kind and understanding. The vet who I saw was so brilliant. He treated my Billy like his own. All insurance was paid out with no problems. To the point I used up my whole policy. Which due to the fact he had so much work done. They did everything they could to keep him going. At the end when the time came to say goodbye they treated us like royalty. Made us feel so special. It was such a peaceful passing. I was devastated. They even took a fur clipping and put it in a bottle for me and a paw print for me to кеер. If you want a good, caring, genuine vets look no further”

“We stayed here for one night as we were visiting the West Midlands Safari Park, which was only about a 25-minute drive away. The lady at reception, who was also helping out at the restaurant bar, was so sweet, approachable, and looked after us really well. She was very informative and welcoming. They had a great deal for £26.99 which included a two-course meal, a drink, and breakfast – perfect for us. The place was clean and tidy, and the room was good too. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it.”

“We changed pharmacies a while ago due to issues with my father’s blister trays. The pharmacist at broadway was happy to take us on and since then, I haven’t had to do anything as they organise it all for him with a monthly delivery. Highly recommend them. Thank you very much”

“Awesome coat. I met Julie and the team at Crufts 2017 and they were some of the kindest people I've ever met. They made a custom made coat for my service dog, to order-when it turned up, we couldn't believe the quality-so nice! We get lots if compliments at his dog classes and on walks. We're going back next year and getting my other dogs one each too!”

Took me a while to find an independent vets rather than one of the big chains who I am not convinced have pets at the centre of their decision making. Powis seem very different and really seemed to care about my dog giving a thorough exam, some good advice on her weight and teeth. The receptionist who help me get on their own version of the pet plan thing my for the monthly treatments and yearly inoculations were really great go me sorted in no time. Really lovely vets.”

Our cats always come home healthy and happy and it is obvious the cat pens are cleaned regularly and are very spacious. Make sure you book school holidays long in advance as she will often be full 6 months on advance! We will be using the cattery for many years to come.”
