This is a wonderful kennels. Over the last 18months both my wife and myself have had cancer which entailed operations, hospital visits (too many to count) but at short notice and associated infections and procedures. The awkward parts about the above events was that short notice stays of variable lengths during peak summer times could easily been problematic, but not for Broadmarsh. When you are living through nightmares to be told, when you need us just ring, and we will always find a kennel for you, takes massive amounts of pressure off your situation. After one procedure neither of us were able to drive but yet again Broadmarsh stepped up and delivered our dog home to us. Being totally honest 5 stars is not enough for this wonderful place and people.

I could not tell you what they are are like because I just pick up the pets. All I know is that they must shut for dinner which must be an hour. This is not stated in their opening times or on Google. Now I am going to have to sit here for 20 mins right before Christmas on the busiest traffic day of the year. "F

Come across as professional, but anything but that when it comes to customer service!!! We booked our cat in for a stay towards the end of this month and when booking in the gentleman on the phone asked about vaccinations. I advised him that I didn't have that information to hand but if they emailed what information was required I would send across proof. We did not receive the email the same day, so I called back the following day to which we eventually received the email from Broadmarsh. I sent the information in the morning on the following day and we received a confirmation email from Broadmarsh, but this still wasn't clear whether they would accept our cat or not. I called Broadmarsh and after initially being placed on hold, I was told that our cat would need vaccinations within the last 12 months. I informed the lady I spoke to on the phone that we were not advised of this by the gentleman who initially took our call to book our cat in and I requested our refund back. After being put on hold again, I was put through to the manager who advised that there was nothing that she could do as it was policy not to be refunded our deposit after the 14 days. I advised Broadmarsh that had I received their information on the day we initially made the booking which would have been 14 days before the booking, then I would not have made the booking in the first place or would have cancelled after being given clear information regarding the vaccinations. I am not a person to write reviews either positive or negative, but the customer service I experienced in this instance, I feel others should be aware of before they consider using the services of Broadmarsh.

While we were away we left our dog with Broadmarsh kennels. It was her first stay in kennels so we were a little worried how she would react however we needn't of worried as she came home happy and healthy and was obviously well looked after. The team there clearly love animals and when we picked up our dog she went around the team for a last fuss before she left. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her. We would definitely recommend and use again.

Allie had a lovely time, it was my first time leaving him at kennels, but the staff showed me around before I booked, and whilst he stayed, were happy to take calls from me so I knew all was okay. Friendly reassuring staff. He is going back again. Thanks

Clean premises, polite and professional staff and my dog seemed to have a good time as he didn't show any signs of anxiety or stress. Considering all that I don't think it's possible to have any complaints. Have used a further two times since my first booking so would happily recommend. Update 31/10/2022 Pricing needs to be clearer. £19 for a day but thats only if you drop off and pick up on the same day. If you drop off your dog and pick up the next day, even though it's within 24 hours you get charged for 2 days. Dropped my dog off at 4pm, picked him up the next day at 9:30am but I was still charged 2 days.

Great place, it's obvious our dogs have been well looked after when we pick them up. They always have happy tail wags and look great. Would highly recommend.

We have today picked up Harvey (sharpei) and Luna (bear coat sharpei) after them staying at Broadmarsh for the first time over the weekend. They both have sensitive food and that was provided by them. Many thanks for two happy dogs. What an amazing place, so clean, so professional and the love they have for the dogs was unbelievable. I would highly recommend anyone to go and see for themselves these kennels. They are very happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have.
