    2nd time taken my two dogs here. 1st time discussed with Beth what wanted doing. But little later she messaged me with photos to say she would recommend having closer cuts as both dogs coats knotted more than realised. Doing this cut would help future cuts. So today gone for 2nd cuts here and both come out looking fantastic. Already booked next ones for new year. Highly recommend them for service communication and price .

    Had our cockapoos groomed. Had to take him to vets for pets as he was really sore round the genital area. Vet's said this was due to a poor inexperienced groomer who had cut the hair too short in that area. His genitals are now infected. Cost us £113 for the creams. Not happy!!!

    What a fantastic family run business. So welcoming and knowledgeable, they take real time and effort in what they do. Our dogs love it. Don’t know why we ever went to a chain run business before. You will need to book in well in advance but once your in you can speak to the team and ask for a booking for the next visit. 100% the best in the area Ozzy and Mello agree!
