Absolutely horrendous place. Put a healthy 8 month old puppy down even after recieving a phone call prior to the dog arriving to explain that there was a rehoming option on the same day in place!! Poor puppy hadn't even been given a chance, no professional training, no rehoming option explored - now a happy, healthy 8 month old dog is dead. No questions asked? Same day - done. Prior to this ive heard countless bad reviews from this place!!!! AVOID.

Recently l took my Staffordshire bull terrier to see Izabella. I always ask to see Michelle but she was on holiday. My Staffy has a benign growth of fatty tissue which now and again bleeds and l was worried about it becoming infected. Izabella told me they could remove it and it would cost about Β£1000. On examining it she really squeezed it which made it bleed alot. She advised me to put saline solution on it. I was never offered any medication or dressing I was really shocked by the lack of care. Unfortunately it did become infected. I have sinced moved to another vets and am receiving good quality care. I will never use Vets4Pets again.

Visited with my dog for a vaccination. Vet took dog out of the back for vaccination and was back within 45 seconds. In this 45 seconds the vet decides to tell me she's noticed my dog has a heart murmur and for just Β£600 I can have a heart scan to find out more. Interesting though she found the so called murmur in 45 seconds but failed to notice the large lump on her leg which I had investigated elsewhere. It is wholly noticeable but perhaps she felt the heart scan would play on my heart strings more. This place is obviously upselling and attempting to con customers. Clear this is a cash cow Vets rather than professionals who care about animals.

Some of the staff arenβt helpful for the price youβre paying- there is a couple that are lovely though . However Iβve changed my cats to another vets as not very happy with timekeeping , every time I went for an appointment the vet/ nurse was late with nobody else sat in the waiting room. Considering youβre paying so much I donβt think this should be a regular occurrence. Also one of the reception staff was rude to me on the phone.

This is a fantastic vets! The receptionists are very friendly and the vets are so helpful. We have a guinea pig who has had ongoing health issues and was initially registered at Manor Vets. We were not impressed with the treatment that we received there. After months of back and forth we decided to move to Vets4Pets Halesowen. What a difference! Within two appointments, vets Maria and Michelle (who were both amazing!), had found the issue and diagnosed our guinea pig, who is now getting much better. I would definitely recommend this vets, especially for small animals. They are so knowledgable and you can tell that the vets really love what they do and have your petβs best interest at heart. I got speaking to people in the waiting room with all different types of pets, and they all said how fantastic they find this practice too. Thank you so much for all your help in getting our little guinea pig on the mend!

Donβt usually have a lot to say about vets as Iβve been to a fair few now and always have mixed reviews. However I like this one. The staff are polite and helpful. One staff member in particular called Armando seems to really love his job , I get the vibe itβs more than just a job to him. He explains throughly , and has been nothing but lovely on the two occasions Iβve seen him. The parking is a bit tricky as itβs on a main road and the car park isnβt the biggest, but I do believe there is parking round the back.
