   Had no trouble booking an emergency appointment for my cat Darcy even though we'd not used the vets for a few years. The receptionists were friendly and efficient. The place was very clean and tidy with a separate area for dogs and cats. The vet I saw was easy to talk to and explained the course of treatment well, and also planned preventative measures for the future, when he is back on his feet. Very pleased over all and they weren't too fazed when I registered 6 of my other cats. Having worked for the Cats Protection team and for another vets I would highly recommend anyone use it for their feline furries, they were great, thank you all. thank you Zan Davis

   Took my cat in as an emergency. Was told he needed a very invasive surgery. Numerous teeth out. Tonge biopsy. Took for a 2nd opinion as they seemed more interested in what they could tack onto bill than for my boy. Turned out the thousands of pounds of treatment they recommended was not required. My boy is perfectly fine after a round of antibiotics n they told me he more than likely had cancer!! Disgusting. Bordering on negligent.. just after money. Stay far far away!!!
