   Such a great vets. They take time to explain procedures and what will happen. They have been fantastic with my cat who was a stray. They have done everything possible to keep him healthy and happy.

   Absolutely amazing and caring staff! Taking our beloved dog there knowing she was going to have her last breath at the waterfront vet centre was so upsetting but the staff were so empathetic and could not do enough for us! Even a little card a week later expressing their condolences. Couldn't rate them highly enough!

   We saw the vet Elena today with our German Shepherd who is extremely nervous and can come across as being aggressive. As a previous owner of this breed we always feel sad that the dog doesn’t interact well with people. Elena was such an experienced and caring vet who genuinely showed interest in helping us and the dog to overcome our difficulties. It’s the first time we have found anyone so passionate about her job, making us feeling a lot more relaxed in getting the best care for our fur baby. Elena- Thank you!!!

   Update : from below review.... The Vets invited me back for a further consultation with the Locum vet who was extremely helpful and informative and specialises in dog skin care and behaviour. Everything was explained thoroughly. We are working towards a solution and very helpfully explained about the health club subscription and the benefits and gave us lots of tips to try. I feel that I will return again in future now and put the first experience down to a bad first impression and miscommunication. ................... The people here are polite and kind il give them that.... but absolutely disappointed in this place. Registered here with my dog as we are local and never been before... my dog has allergies to something and I wanted an allergy test. (I Know he has allergies because he saw a vet when he was younger about it) so I ring up the practice... register... ask if they do allergy testing and they said they do... I went there to see the vet who said she doesn't recommend allergy testing. Told me to continue with what I was already doing. I left... 52 quid. Seriously. Livid. At times like this I don't know how they sleep at night. Told to go in about the allergy test... Told they don't recommend it. 52 quid please.

   This was our first experience with this Vet and it was brilliant. Staff were friendly and informative. Our dog (7-year-old Lab) is very anxious around new people and barks/jumps when in a new environment. The vet was calm and thorough, and made both us and Jet feel comfortable (plus he gave her a few treats which she loved). We will definitely be bringing her here in the future - best vet we have seen!
