   My 85 year old father was booked into the ear wax clinic as he was suffering with hearing loss. Henry who carried out the procedure was kind, patient and very understanding which is what you need from a pharmacy practitioner. The use of a camera was reassuring before and after the procedure. My father was amazed! The procedure was painless and had the desired effect. I would certainly recommend the service. Thank you.

   After being sold faulty goods the pharmacist refused to refund me. The inhaler was obviously faulty. He said because I had opened it, I couldn’t get a refund! How would I know it was faulty if I didn’t open it. I am so disappointed, I can’t really afford one now I have to buy 2 (and hope the 2nd one isn’t faulty). The man raised his voice to me and was very unpleasant. He took the inhaler away but still didn’t offer a refund! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY. Steer clear!

   I have transferred pharmacies to Broadway a little while ago due to issues with our previous pharmacy sometimes closing unexpectedly or not having medication in stock, and since then I have not had any problems whatsoever. It is a fantastic pharmacy and easily accessible in terms of parking - very quick service aswell.

   I was with this pharmacy for over 20 years and they were fantastic - until the last take-over! A certain medication I have my body can’t tolerate the generic substitute. I was dispensed it by them & my dr told me not to accept it and ask them to give me what was prescribed. I did that & they denied it was a generic (even though dr confirmed it was) and refused to give me the correct one and was EXTREMELY rude to me. Hence I changed pharmacy as I certainly couldn’t trust them again. So sad as they used to be so good. Think they do too many prescriptions to be efficient anymore. This sort of work has to be correct every time as people’s health is at stake!!
