“WOW! If i could give 20 stars i would! After waiting two weeks, our incredibly nervous dog being muzzled, my partner and i not allowed in the room and shaved all over with no results at a popular vets, Sam was absolutely amazing! Got us in the same day, she did everything to relax our dog and it worked, i really have never seen Klara so chilled in any situation with someone she has never met. No shaving. Sam was so thorough and knowledgeable, showing us all the heart beats and where the puppies are positioned. Knowing that this is the first litter and i am nervous myself, she even managed to calm me and gave great tips! Having three female dogs, i will never go anywhere else. I cannot thank her enough! Do not waste money at any vets, go straight here!”

“Amazing service, we went away for 10 days to Italy and knew our dogs would be looked after perfectly. We were kept updated by Lucy while away with messages/photos of our dogs and they looked like they were having a great time. She took them on daily walks and to dog parks off their own back. When coming home our house was left clean and in order which is great when coming back from a long holiday. Would highly recommend their service and will be using them again for sure.”

“Finding the right person to walk your dogs, pet sit etc is no easy job. You need someone who cares, is consistent, committed, conscientious and trustworthy Charlotte is all that and much more. Our 3 absolutely adore Charlotte and have the best time when out with her, we always get the videos and pictures with every walk but the ultimate proof is when Charlotte walks through the door. We’d be lost without Charlotte and we feel so lucky and grateful to have someone who cares and loves our dogs as much as we do.”

“Wonderful pet grooming service! My puppy, Harvey, underwent a puppy trim and with it being our first visit, we had a few questions and Daniel kindly answered with great knowledge. Daniel was very friendly, professional and prompt with communication which we found helpful. My puppy was warmly welcomed and he smelt amazing afterwards! “Absolutely blown away by all this friendly staff who were beyond helpful in advising me on what treats and food would be suitable for our fussy dashund. We don't live close by but I will make a conscious effort to return as its genuine business owners like this that deserve our money. Besides my dacshund actually ate the bits we bought from here. It's rare you come across shops that go the extra mile but this sure is one of them. We assume that they are all family members as we spoke to about 5 different people, all of which were super delightful.”

“Fiona and James looked after Willow, our five year old Cockapoo for a day, the first time we had left her with anyone other than family. We were very nervous and a little anxious about this but after our meet and greet with these lovely people we were put at our ease. They took the time with bucket loads of patience to get to know Willows likes and dislikes,daily routine,feeding schedules etc and to actually get to know Willow whilst in their home and during a walk around their amazing farm and fields. When it came to the day we left Willow they met us with a reassuring handover which helped us immensely along with videos of Willow and friends having the time of their lives. I will have no hesitation in the future to ask Fiona and James to take care of our precious bundle again and highly recommend their services.Thank you for helping to make what was a difficult day that much easier.
