Alison came the same day I messaged her and it was a Sunday afternoon. Alison is very friendly, professional and efficient. I didn't have to do anything as she registered the microchips herself after giving me login details and password and messaged me as soon as my two kittens were registered. I would highly recommend this company.
Alison was very friendly and was great at speaking with my pets making them feel at ease. Very professional. I like how she was direct at what she needed me to do. Price is cheap and also was alot easier having her visit my home as I have three cats so would have meant different appointments to get them to a vet separately.
