Recently visited the Nelson Pet Shop for the first time to get some fish, and what a lovely experience it was! Such a friendly, welcoming place you can really tell they care about their customers. Emma was absolutely fantastic with me and my little lad. She gave us loads of helpful advice and made sure we felt comfortable, without ever pushing us to buy anything. It’s so refreshing to get that kind of genuine service. Highly recommend popping in. We will definitely be back!
