“Absolutely blown away by all this friendly staff who were beyond helpful in advising me on what treats and food would be suitable for our fussy dashund. We don't live close by but I will make a conscious effort to return as its genuine business owners like this that deserve our money. Besides my dacshund actually ate the bits we bought from here. It's rare you come across shops that go the extra mile but this sure is one of them. We assume that they are all family members as we spoke to about 5 different people, all of which were super delightful.”

“Visited here dozens of times over the last few years, staff are always friendly, especially on the aquatics section. It can be a little pricey on some items but always better to buy from a store rather than Amazon and you can sometimes get absolute bargains on the to clear items! Animals always look well cared for and have had quite a few fish from here and all have been healthy. Very much a last of its kind type of pet store so let’s support it so it keeps its doors open!”
