“WOW! If i could give 20 stars i would! After waiting two weeks, our incredibly nervous dog being muzzled, my partner and i not allowed in the room and shaved all over with no results at a popular vets, Sam was absolutely amazing! Got us in the same day, she did everything to relax our dog and it worked, i really have never seen Klara so chilled in any situation with someone she has never met. No shaving. Sam was so thorough and knowledgeable, showing us all the heart beats and where the puppies are positioned. Knowing that this is the first litter and i am nervous myself, she even managed to calm me and gave great tips! Having three female dogs, i will never go anywhere else. I cannot thank her enough! Do not waste money at any vets, go straight here!”

We don't live close by but I will make a conscious effort to return as its genuine business owners like this that deserve our money. Besides my dacshund actually ate the bits we bought from here. It's rare you come across shops that go the extra mile but this sure is one of them. We assume that they are all family members as we spoke to about 5 different people, all of which were super delightful.”
