“From calling, to brining in our cat, and having to have her put to sleep, Minster vets were exemplary. We were ushered into a consulting room as soon as we arrived and given private time with our cat Lulu to say goodbye. The process although heartbreaking could not have been more gentle comfortable, and considerate for Lulu and us. She left us peacefully. Minster vets had treated Lulu for 15 years; and when we feel up to having another pet they will look after that one too. Thank you. Must also mention the hand written sympathy card that arrived a few days later from the surgery. What a lovely gesture.”

“Just moved to Morley and needed my dog to be seen by a vet due to lameness. I picked Beechwood purely on reviews as I want the best care for my baby. They did not disappoint! Chaos is a large breed, there was no judgement, only kindness, consideration and efficiency. Thank you for making us feel welcome and getting him booked in at another branch quickly for xrays. I'll definitely recommend and use for all my 13 animals!! Chaos says thank you for his treat at reception :)”

“I have been boarding my two German Shepherds here since they were pups, sadly we lost one last year to cancer but we still take his brother who will be 10 years old this year. They are absolutely brilliant with him. We have moved out of the area but will continue to make the 2 hour journey for as long as he lives, because I have total peace of mind. If we get more doggies in the future, we would definitely use boothwood kennels.”

“Great exotic shop. Got our horsfield from here a few years back. Then recently got a A.seemanni tarantula. Outstanding customer service and cater for plenty of other exotic animals. Weve even sent our tortoise there for his holidays, while we was on ours. Great prices though-out and knowledgeable staff, aways a smile on their faces.”

“Not just friendly staff but staff that care. They don't give you medication they talk to you about it and show you how to administer it. As important as you are to them, your pet is even more important as it should be. They took exceedingly good care of our little coco and I can't thank them enough. Extremely well knowledgeable, they don't push products on you or give unnecessary medication. They understood not just what was wrong with our naughty cat lol also her behavior, preferences and attitude without me having to tell them. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are. “I have a dog and a cat registered in this clinic. Sandy, the dog, has some particular skin conditions that make her life and ours very difficult. I can’t be more grateful to Caterina, Sandy and Amy’s vet who has made a wonderful change in our life’s by looking after Sandy’s condition. Following her advises Sandy is having a better quality life. Caterina is a very knowledgeable professional who doesn’t rumble around the dog trying to sale something. She identifies the health problems by observing and exploring the animal and she goes straight to the point and provides the options available. She’s very considerate when understanding the difficulties facing expensive treatments and if there are alternatives she won’t hesitate to mention them, however always prioritising the best for the animal health. Her conexión with the animal is awesome. She has a confident approach and positive energy with them. Fantastic vet. I highly recommend Caterina.”

“Got registered over the phone on the day I became concerned with my cats health, the vet saw him the very same day and was kind giving the bad news. The next week the girls on reception were extremely helpful and mindful when I brought him in to be cremated, again on the same day I called. The whole team was quick to help and we couldn't be more satisfied with the care my pet was given here.”

“Wow! What can I say! I had the teeth cleaning service on my 4 year old Lhasa, after looking for a vets to clean them. The vet prices was so so expensive and I didn’t want to risk putting him to sleep for a new smile. I booked in, was so easy paid deposit upfront to secure slot. dropped him off today and I am AMAZED. His teeth are whiter than this background. Excellent value for money. Must have service to keep oral hygiene in check without a veterinary price tag! Thanks so so so much beauty dog! will be booking my other doggo in and keeping on top of those pearly whites! BRILLIANT.”

“What an incredible service! Christmas day and I was brought down by a nasty chest infection. Out of hours GP issued antibiotics and instructed me to go to Asda pharmacy to collect, although they were not open when I arrived. I searched Google for an open pharmacy to no avail when my dad came across these guys. I rang My Pharmacy online and he informed me that they were covering a couple of local care homes today but weren't open in general. He asked me if I was struggling to find another pharmacy and when I confirmed I was, he offered to deliver the medication needed direct to my door so long as I sent a copy of the issued prescription before doing so. This young man drove from his home in Leeds to do this, he went above and beyond today to help me out and I am ever so grateful. They take their job very seriously and genuinely appear to care about their customers. Thank you again. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy.”
