Very good, the vet gave Daisy a good check over and was very gentle with her. Giving her treats to distract her and make it less stressful

I've been using Tower Vets for years up until the recent passing of my cat. They have been excellent throughout.
Got registered over the phone on the day I became concerned with my cats health, the vet saw him the very same day and was kind giving the bad news. The next week the girls on reception were extremely helpful and mindful when I brought him in to be cremated, again on the same day I called. The whole team was quick to help and we couldn't be more satisfied with the care my pet was given here.
We changed Vets to this place, you should do the same you won't regret it. All staff are really nice, thorough in their job and communication is 10/10. They treat the pets so well and will explain every single detail if you ask, my last Vet was NOT like this... At all. My cat is very scared/defensive at the vets but they still said how cute she was even though she did probably scratch and hiss at them a few times, they seemed genuinely interested in her. My GF's idea to change to this vet and she must have done her research because I'm sure you won't find a nicer one around here, I found out my mum also changed vets to here and said she is glad she did. I think that speaks for itself really!!
This vet is abusive, for a minor problem with my cat he makes you come a thousand times to prescribe drops once and only when the cat is better does he think to prescribe an anti-pain medication and wants us to come back a 4th time just to see. At 60 pounds a session that's a lot, not professional at all, very disappointed.
Just professional,polite and friendly as always, that's why I have taken all my animals there for over 30 years. I would recommend the vet plan they do, as it's a good way to spread the cost of things like flea treatment and the yearly booster,plus other benefits like discounts on treatments and food
Everyone friendly and helpful, and staff went out of their way to accommodate us with a dog who doesn't always deal well with other dogs. Top marks everyone!
I switched to these guys when my previous vet refused to see my dog for emergency treatment. They've been amazing with him and I'd happily reccomend to everyone.
