“From calling, to brining in our cat, and having to have her put to sleep, Minster vets were exemplary. We were ushered into a consulting room as soon as we arrived and given private time with our cat Lulu to say goodbye. The process although heartbreaking could not have been more gentle comfortable, and considerate for Lulu and us. She left us peacefully. Minster vets had treated Lulu for 15 years; and when we feel up to having another pet they will look after that one too. Thank you. Must also mention the hand written sympathy card that arrived a few days later from the surgery. What a lovely gesture.”

“Got registered over the phone on the day I became concerned with my cats health, the vet saw him the very same day and was kind giving the bad news. The next week the girls on reception were extremely helpful and mindful when I brought him in to be cremated, again on the same day I called. “Amazing company! I have used them for a variety of Hypoallergenic food needs and medication for various issues. I have also used there remote video vet consultation when one was required on the weekend for us. It was really straight forward, video was commenced by purely clicking a link by text message on my phone which is really wonderful as it means I didnt have to wrestle installing any apps. The Vet was very helpful and professional and gave us the advice we required. Incredible price as well. This is a great company, will continue to use them as our go to site for our needs.”

“Our fur baby Cheese was well looked after. Beautiful & clean cattery. He stayed for a week in a well equipped very large room with heated bedding and access to his own private catio. Lots of "Catit" accessories (personally great for our fur baby help to slow his eating & he is used to this brand too) plenty of room to run & play. Good variety of rooms with different styles. There's a room for more active cats with cat a wheel & more climbing available or for shy cats with lots of places to hide. Every option had different levels for cats to find their comfort space. Personally, I love that each space has floor to ceiling window with a upvc door to enter. This is so much better than some catteries that have the cage type where all the cats can hear each other and set one another off. Highly recommend. Our furbaby came home very happy & healthy after his stay. Thank you for looking after Cheese. We'll see you soon for our next break. Can't wait now as I know he'll be happy & well cared for when we next go away.”

“This is a new review August 2025 as we now have an 17 month old Cocker Spaniel who has just experienced his boys operation ,enough said poor lad but once again we must say a big thank you to Tim & the staff who do a wonderful job in this small & friendly practice we were reassured & didn’t worry unfortunately one testicle was undescended all went well & our beautiful boy is back to his normal self ! Tim looked after all our Guinea Pigs over 20 years before we progressed to dogs !, we had eye surgery , ovarian treatment … almost anything a little piggy can have we have always been treated with care and compassion when needed especially with the loss of the small animals when I have sobbed terribly all have gone to rest at Tim’s .We then lost our previous Cocker Spaniel at age 2 very sadly due to a blood disorder nothing any Bet could have done to save him but our new boy is now under Tim’s care .Thank you all !”
