She is very pleasant and polite, as well as being very skilled. She's also very personal, and you never pass another dog either going in or coming out. The improvement in movement is clear to see, and after having a dog that never had physio or hydrotherapy following surgery, and Summer having had physio and hydrotherapy, the difference is amazing. She even sits properly now. Summer loved going to see Kelly, and we'd strongly recommend here, if your dog needs physio or hydrotherapy.”

The vet who saw our dog was kind and actually offered to do a proper cytology to find out what was going on with his ears, unlike several vets we have seen before with the same issue. Her advice was clear and helpful along with some tips for avoiding potential irritations for my dog going forward. She explained everything we needed to know and took the time to explain pricing and made sure everything was itemized for us. Overall I couldn't find any faults with the practice and am definitely happy to have my dog registered here for the future.”

“We had to make the hardest decision to have our Beautiful Dog Rosie put to sleep at the good old age of 14 but she was a special dog to us as Rosie didn’t have the best start as she was found abandoned(dumped in a wheelie bin with her brother at 6 weeks) .. my Mother in law rescued her from the RSPCA snd there Rosie was for 13 months until my mother in law passed away suddenly and we fetched her home with us we have had 13 fabulous years with our snow and Beach loving dog gentle Girl .. When we took the decision we can honestly say we can’t thank enough the loving Caring and Professional way that the Vet and Nurse showed my Husband when they came out to our home so Rosie could pass over the rainbow Bridge in familiar surroundings .. it made losing her that little bit less stressful .. “I phoned this vets up yesterday and spoke to a lovely receptionist asking if they had got any appointments that day as I wanted a second opinion with my dog, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful got me booked in ASAP and got my dogs medical notes from previous vet transferred straight over to them, the care and compassion towards my dog was absolutely outstanding during the difficult time of saying by final goodbyes to my dog the complete process was explained throughout and there was no rush whatsoever from the staff they made sure my dog was comfortable and supported throughout couldn’t recommend them enough all the staff there are so friendly thank you all again for your support just in the process of transferring my other dogs into your care xx”
