“I would really like to recommend Chapel House Vets in Staveley to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional vet practice. On our recent visit, we were greeted by lovely reception staff and again by a welcoming vet who introduced herself, called our dog by her named and listened carefully to the reason for our visit before carrying out a comprehensive examination and coming up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. Cannot fault these guys, give them a try.”

“I phoned this vets up yesterday and spoke to a lovely receptionist asking if they had got any appointments that day as I wanted a second opinion with my dog, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful got me booked in ASAP and got my dogs medical notes from previous vet transferred straight over to them, the care and compassion towards my dog was absolutely outstanding during the difficult time of saying by final goodbyes to my dog the complete process was explained throughout and there was no rush whatsoever from the staff they made sure my dog was comfortable and supported throughout couldn’t recommend them enough all the staff there are so friendly thank you all again for your support just in the process of transferring my other dogs into your care xx”

The receptionist made my appointment for the next day and was really friendly and very helpful. I love this vets practice they are the only people I take my cats to see because I know I will not be overcharged, the vets, nurses and all staff look after my cats as if they were their own. I have used this practice with all of my cats for various different reasons from neutering, euthanasia, and flea treatments ect. I never have to wait and they are the best !”

“Open 6pm to 8am as emergency out of hours. Grateful to receive such quick service when we needed it for a cat with a glass cut. Was seen within 10 mins. Vet nurse dealt with him so they waived the vet consultancy fee which was good. If your vet is a partner practice all the notes etc get sent over which is great.”

“We had our cat stay here for 10 days for the first time. We were a bit apprehensive to leave him as he has not experienced a cattery before but Jenny put our mind at ease. Booking the cattery was easy and very informative. We went for a visit prior and Jenny was really fabulous with the other cats who seemed really happy and would come to the door for a stroke when Jenny came in. The cattery was clean and well looked after. Whilst away Jenny kept in contact with us by sending photos/videos and updates on how our cat was doing. “A very long overdue review for Longcourse Cattery who have looked after my cats for a number of years now. This has included an older diabetic cat who required insulin injections twice a day to my current 2 cats who hadn't stayed in a cattery environment until we adopted them a couple of years ago. Sarah, Steve - and now Tom, have been brilliant with them all & have made sure they were happy & settled. The rooms in the cattery are cosy & comfortable with lots of places for them to relax. Regular updates & photos give owners peace of mind & the staff are really flexible around drop off & pick up times which is really appreciated. Highly recommended!!”
