   Right from the first conversation we knew that Jan was just what were looking for. She asked us about both of our boys food preference. She wanted to know about their temperament. I'd say she catered for each of their individual needs. The cattery is wonderful . Very clean and in such a beautiful garden. Jan explained how she would interact with the boys during their stay and even sent us updates with photos. We wouldn't hesitate recommending Jan and we'll most definitely use the cattery again.

   Jan was amazing with our two cats whilst we were on holiday. She really took the time to get to know their personality, temperament and eating habits so she could take the best care of them. Lovely person and the cat pens were amazing for our boys - plenty of space, hiding and climbing spots for them. She also sent us updates on how the boys were doing, which we loved and felt personal. We will definitely be using Jan in the future and highly recommend Bridle Cottage!

   We have used Bridle Cottage Cattery twice now and both times our boy was well loved and looked after so well . We got regular updates and nothing was too much trouble . Our cat also had some medical needs and Jan managed everything so well . The personal attention our car got was brilliant and just what he needed. Thank you so much for everything.
